The roads are always clearer during school holidays so if we can put all children in prison under a castle like in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang we can all drive easily.
We the undersigned call upon Sheffield City Council to Employ a Kiddy Catcher in a Chitty Chitty Bang Bang style to lock up all children under Sheffield's Manor Castle. This will keep school run traffic off the roads and ease congestion at peak times so we can all drive with less stress.
