animals that help mental health

Hi There everyone,

Ill start by introducing myself to you all, My name is Jon-Micheal, The reason for me starting this petition is because yesterday i was in the oak mall shopping center within greenock town with my pet owl Rex who i feel is a safe guard for me the reason for this is i suffer from extremely bad agoraphobia which causes me to not be able to be in large crowded places but when i have Rex with me i feel Im calmer and don't panic in such ways but yesterday i took rex in the town with me.. i walked in to the mall no bother at all, walked in and out of shops, people stopped to see Rex and ask about her etc normally if people stop and speak to me i get anxious and panic but yesterday i felt okay, no panic attacks as she was there to help me be calm.
i walked around the mall getting the things i needed to purchase, still folk approached to see Rex etc,

After about an hour or so of doing shopping, the mall "management" came out and asked me to leave as "no animals are allowed in the mall due to health and safety" without the opportunity to explain my reason for Rex being with me, the person speaking to me was rather rude and said "move get out, your not allowed in here with animals, no excuses" when myself and plenty of others have more than likely walked through the town and seen that at time there has been different birds there for children to hold and pet etc but when it came to me i wasn't allowed.

The main reason for this petition is because i feel as though I've been treated very unprofessionally and was given no time to explain myself, i would have completely understood why i was being told to leave if Rex was free flying around the mall, attacking folk (which she doesn't do shes a softy) and making a mess everywhere but she was tethered to my hand at all times.

I'm looking in to getting her sign up to be a medical bird so that she can go anywhere i need to go and no one will be able to say she cant be there, this is to help relax me so I'm not anxious and wont have panic attacks etc, this is currently an on going thing.. she will be wearing something that visible to say she is a "bird at work" or something along those lines so everyone knows shes just not any normal pet owl.

id really like for everyone to sign this petition so that i can take this further and make it possible as my girl Rex makes my life so much easier wither its a walk to the local shop or a day out in a different town,
