Amendment of Forty Five Day Reimbursment Policy

Antecedent contracts between the Stark County Department of Job and Family Services, the Stark county Auditor’s Office, and the Certified Professional Type B Child Care Providers of Stark County, have accredited the primary and secondary assigned parties to regulate monetary reimbursement within a punctilious calendar cycle of a maximum of forty-five days ensuing a systematic billing period .

Under contract, we, the providers, are bound by an irrefutable accountability to uphold unambiguous conditions to remain in compliance with county regulations. These obligations include and are not limited to participation in continuous annual trainings and county inspections.

Subsequently, we must adhere to stipulations which prohibit active provision of child care services over a twenty-four hour period and hold private encumbrance to provide adequate equipment and supplies when required.

Lack of felicitous income thus hinders our ability to fulfill these fiscal obligations. Consequently, out of compliance notices and late penalties ensue. An auspicious and reasonable reimbursement clause would allow the opportunity to consolidate revenue and project a sufficient budget to manage future professional obligations.
