Throughout the past years it has been noticed there is no easy way to commute from the Township of Elba and the Dog Park into the city of Columbus. As a result many have traveled along Highway 73 beside cars traveling at speeds of 55 mph or greater.
The people traveling this route include school aged children, dog walkers, walkers, bikers, roller bladders, etc.
Using Highway 73 as a transportation rout is not practical or safe for anyone of any age or specie.
By signing this petition you agree a safer rout is needed for traveling to and from home for school aged children and to and from the dog park or simply for recreational use.
