Dear Altair HOA Neighbors:
This letter is to formally notify our fellow Altair homeowners of a very important issue regarding our individual monthly HOA fees.
Recently, in a “closed door” executive session, the Altair BOD voted without community participation to increase our individual monthly HOA fees by $20.00/month, to be effective January 1, 2014. On behalf of all our Altair HOA neighbors, we are reaching out to you to request your support in petitioning the Board of Directors to rescind their decision.
