Im petitioning for non kinship persons to be able to become guardian over a minor that has been in their care for over 120 days consecutive.The care should not always give the next of kin to have the option of caring for a child if that does not know the opposite party.

I the undersigned call on State laws to be changed to allow Non kinship persons to care for a minor that has been in there care for over 120 consecutive days to become guardians within the childs best interest.
