The united kingdom issued the receipt and certificate with
out any charge on the insurance fee of $1,000.00 on the
lottery prize check of $ 1M. AND in the same country the united kingdom the insurance fee is $2,900.00 and also
charge $3,880.00 for the issue of the receipt & certificate
how it possible? Having the previous insurance why the
new one is required ? I paid insurance fee $2,900.00 &
did not pay $3880.00 for the charge of receipt & certificate
This appears to me the customer are harassed. I already
send the mail to the breakaway courier services to forward my winning check within -48= hours otherwise i
will forward the matter to higher authorities
