LONDON UK REGULARLY EXCEEDS ALL OF THE EU LIMITS ON POLLUTION and THE TAX PAYER HAS TO FOOT THE BILL FOR CARS WHICH HAVE NO BUSINESS OTHER THAN POLLUTION. PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS EXCELLENT HERE. ELECTRIFICATION OF THE CITIES IS A MUST.
I live near Leicester Square where the pollution consists of vehicle emissions and extreme noise especially sirens. I would like to divert unessential vehicles from the area and allow visitors and residents to enjoy the facilities in a more peaceful and clean environment.
