Right’s Violated by the Accident Compensation Corporation of NZ. They force claimants to see Accident Compensation Corporation employed and or contracted specialists! They're with-holding investigation of what your actual injuries are whilst looking for something else wrong so that they can deny entitlements and therefore they negligently withhold necessary surgery and treatment. The refusing of in my case neuromuscular therapy for my covered injuries has resulted in chronic injury and pain. If given those treatments will reduce my pain and improve my quality of life!
They have been paid bonuses for years based on dis-entitling long term claimants and with-holding treatments for Actual Physical Injury. They have put me through hell!!! I know I'm not the only one who has been denied entitlements, treatments, and been driven to consider suicide because of ACC's corruption and negligence. This toxic supposed insurance company is not functioning for the reason that the organisation was created. Access to files should be restricted to qualified medical practitioners. Unqualified staff should not be making medical diagnoses or decisions based on reports by any medical doctor or specialist.
The policies and procedures Accident Compensation Corporation have set up enables them to dis-entitle normal kiwi's who so badly need their support and it needs to stop!!! Let's fight them one case at a time or with a class action. We, the undersigned petition against the Accident Compensation Corporation of NZ and it's staff...
1. Using specialist to investigate what might possibly be wrong instead of what is actually physically wrong with a claimant, in particular without investigating fully and reporting on and fully supporting the most successful path to full recovery.
2. Forcing claimants to see Accident Compensation Corporation employed and or contracted specialists instead of private independent unbiased specialists of the claimants choice.
3. Claiming in particular that age based degeneration in many cases is the main cause of the claimants injury, when degeneration is more likely to have been caused by long term injury and in particular untreated injury.
4. Having unrestricted access to the private and personal files of claimants who are not under their management.
5. Manipulating and misinterpretation as well as making uneducated decisions based on any specialist report.
6. Receiving bonuses and incentives paid to staff based on the cutting of entitlements and the denying of treatments.
7. Using any such policy process or proceedure that may cause or causes harm to the everyday New Zealand citizen's that they are meant to be rehabilitating
; and / or demean or discriminating against any claimant and in particular disabled and long term claimants.
