Keven's email signature really got on my nerves, and when I discovered that our mutual friend Chris also hated it, I realised that it was my duty to get the people to rally against it.
The signature reads as follows:
Sobchack put her sense of devastation in defiant terms: "My passionate care for the show and this sense of loss is something I'm perfectly happy to express and do not feel my integrity or objectivity as a scholar compromised in any way."
We, the undersigned, urge Keven Johns to alter or remove entirely his email signature. We don't know what it's from; we find it to be lame, unfunny, pretentious-sounding and otherwise lacking in any vital features of a good signature. Furthermore the independent clause 'and do not feel' lacks a subject, making it gramatically incorrect. This signature is an eyesore to anyone who reads an email from Mr Johns; and the 1.2 seconds that are required to read it, multiplied across the potentially thousands of emails he might have sent or will send, culminate to countless wasted hours for which Mr Johns must accept responsibility.
