The 21 year old age law for purchasing alcohol is ineffective.
If 18 year olds are allowed to vote, go to war, adopt children, buy cigarettes, etc. then they should be allowed to buy a drink every now and then.
Also the evidence shown by scientists are based on ideology rather than scientific results. Once you turn 18, then you are considered a legal adult, and if this is so then the government should change this law.
All 18 year olds are adults and should be able to treat their body however they want.
If anyone believes that the law on purchasing alcohol should be changed to 18, sign this petition. If you sign this then this means that you are saying 18 year olds are considered legal adults and if they have the right to do everything else then they have the right to buy a drink every now and then.
