نحن مجموعة من الجمعيات و مواطني الشتات المقيـمين بـدول أوروبـا ،و بعدمساندتنا لمطالب حركة 20 فبراير و مشاركتنا بمجموعة من الأشكال النضالية المؤيدة والمساندة لها وتتبعنا للمستجدات داخل الوطن نسجل ما يلي: ·ان النظام المخزني وزواياه السياسية من الأحزاب والنقابات مستمرة في اللامبالاة لحركة الشباب ،هذه الحركة التي أثبتت قدرتها للعمل من أجل التغيير، من خلال الاحتجاج السلمي والحضاري ،وتجاوزت مطالبها مطالب الأحزاب والنقابات الببغائية المصلحية …
وبناء عليه نعلن للرأي العام ما يلي:
مناشدتنا لكل القوى الحية لمساندة حركة 20 فبرايرللاستمرار في النضال حتى تحيقيق المطالب المشروعة بعيدا عن كل محاولات الاحتواء والاستغلال لا من طرف النظام المخزني ولا من أذياله المتمثلة في الزوايا السياسية والنقابية
مطالبتنا الاستجابة اللا مشروطة لكل مطالب حركة 20 فبراير
ترسيم الهوية الامازيغية لمراكش الاسم التاريخي( لاللمغرب)

مطالبتنا بدسترة اللغة الامازيغية كلغة رسمية
· رفع العسكرة عن الريف وجميع المناطق الاخرى
· رفضنا التام لمشروع الجهوية بصغتها المخزنية المبنية على الهواجس الأمنية
· مطالبتنا بالافراج الفوري عن جميع المعتقلين السياسيين ومعتقلي الرأي
· فتح تحقيق نزيه ومستقل في قضية ضحايا 20 فبراير بالحسيمة ومحاسبة المدبرين والمسؤولين عن هذه الاحداث الاليمة.
· ارجاع تسمية الوطن بمراكش بدلا من المغرب · الغاء العلم الذي وضعه اليوطي وتعويضه بعلم وطني متفق عليه
· الغاء شعار الدولة الحالي مع الغاء النشيد العسكري الفرنسي الممنوح وتعويضه بنشيد وطني، بدون قصيدة مراعاة للتعدد اللغوي

Statement
We are a group of associations and the citizens of the Diaspora living in Europe.
After our support for the demands of the 20 February-Movement and our range of forms of struggle in favor and support them and we look at the developments within the world record the following:
The regime of Makhzen (how ....) and his components of the political parties and trade unions continue to apathy of the youth movement. This movement that has proven her abilty to work for CHANGE, through peaceful and civilized protest.
Their demands have exceeded the demands of the opportunistic political parties.
Accordingly, we announce to the public opinion following:
-Appeal to all the living forces to support the movement of February 20 to continue the struggle until the realization of the legitimate demands away from all attempts at containment and exploitation of the moroccan regime and his political and cultural components.
Our call for non-conditional responding to all the demands of the 20 February-movement.
-Demarcation of the Amazigh identity in Morocco.
-Our demand for constitutionalization of language Tamazight as an official language.
-military withdrawal from the rif region and all other regions.
-Our total rejection of the Regionalization-Project as partition based on security concerns.
-Our call for the immediate release of all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience.
-Our call for opening an independent, impartial investigation in the case of victims of 20 February in Al-Hoceima and punishing of the responsibles for these tragic incident.
-the renaming of the country in the historical name Amurakuc instead the imported naming from middle east Al-maghrib.
-Cancellation of flag set by Lyuti (General-Resident during the protecorat) and compensation to a nationally agreed flag.
-Cancellation of the state emblem and the Cancellation of the current anthem of the French military and compensation to a national anthem, without poem taking into account the multiplicity of language.

Communiqué
Nous, groupe de citoyens et d’associations marocains de la Diaspora résidant en Europe,
Ayant soutenu les revendications du Mouvement 20 février et ayant contribué a son élan à travers des manifestations de soutien diverses,
Ayant suivi les événements qui surviennent dans le pays,
Nous prenons note que le système makhzenien et ses officines politiques qu’elles soient politiques ou syndicales continuent à traiter avec une grande indifférence le mouvement des jeunes qui a prouvé sa capacité d’action pour le changement à travers les manifestations civique et pacifiques et que les dites revendications dépassent de loin celles des syndicats et des partis politiques qui ne cessent de pérorer avec opportunisme pour leurs intérêts étroits et corporatistes.
Ainsi nous réitérons à l’intention de l’opinion publique notre appel aux forces vive pour soutenir le mouvement du 20 février dans son action jusqu'à la satisfaction totale de ses revendications légitimes loin de toute tentative d’instrumentalisation ou de récupération de la part de l’Etat makhzenien et de ses sbires en la personne des partis politiques et des syndicats.
Nous demandons
- La satisfaction inconditionnée de toutes les revendications du mouvement 20 février
- L’officialisation de l’identité amazighe d’Amourakouche, le nom historique du Maroc
- La constitutionnalisation de la langue amazighe en tant que langue officielle
- La levée de la politique militaro-sécuritaire que subit la région du Rif et d’autres régions
- la libération immédiate de tous les détenus politiques et d’opinion
- L’ouverture d’une instruction judicaire indépendante et impartiale pour connaitre toute la vérité sur la mort de plusieurs citoyens à Al-Hoceima suite aux manifestations du 20 février et de déférer les coupables et les instigateurs de ces événements douloureux.
Nous affirmons notre refus total du projet de la régionalisation dans sa version makhzenienne impulsée par des motivations sécuritaires.
Nous demandons aussi de
- Rebaptiser le Maroc par son vrai et authentique nom Amourakouche au lieu de « Al Maghreb »
- Concevoir un nouveau drapeau qui fait l’unanimité des marocains au lieu de l’actuel n qui avait été conçu par Lyautey
- Annuler l’emblème actuel du pays ainsi que l’hymne militaire français octroyé en guise d’hymne national et le remplacer par un autre sans texte par respect à la diversité linguistique.

Wij, een aantal Marokkaanse organisaties en burgers gevestigd in diaspora, na onze steun aan de 20 februari beweging voor democratie en rechtvaardigheid, onze participatie daaraan door verschillende protestacties te voeren, en na de nieuwe ontwikkeling in het vaderland te hebben gevolgd, constateren we dat de Makhzen en zijn politieke componenten: politieke partijen en vakbonden doorgaan met het veronachtzamen van de jongeren beweging die haar kracht en wil tot verandering heeft kunnen bewijzen, door vreedzaam, waardig en op een beschaafde wijze te demonstreren en haar eisen overstijgen de pragmatische eisen van politieke partijen en vakbonden.
Gezien deze ontwikkeling doen we hierbij beroep op de vitale krachten om de 20 februari beweging te steunen in de voortzetting van de strijd voor de verwezenlijking van haar legitieme eisen en om een eventuele inkapseling en gijzeling door zowel de Makhzen als zijn politieke en syndicale component te voorkomen. In navolging van deze beweging eisen we:
- Het onvoorwaardelijke inwilligen van alle eisen van de 20 februari beweging
- De constitutionele erkenning van Amazigh identiteit voor Amurrakuch ( de historische naam) als officiële naam van het land aan te wijzen.
- De constitutionele erkenning van Tamazight als officiële taal
- De opheffing van de militarisatie van de Rif en alle andere regio’s
- De totale afwijzing van de regionalisatie vanuit veiligheidsoverweging, zoals dat voorgesteld is door de Makhzen.
- De onmiddellijke vrijlating van alle politieke gevangen.
- Het instellen van een gedegen onderzoek inzake de slachtoffers van 20 februari beweging in Al Hoceima en de vervolging van de verantwoordelijken daarvoor.
- De vervanging van de huidige vlag, ontworpen ten tijde van de Franse resident-generaal Lyautey, door een nationale vlag waarover overeenstemming wordt bereikt.
- De afschaffing van het huidige nationale motto en het militaire volkslied dat opgelegd is door Frankrijk en hem vervangen door een nationale hymne zonder tekst gelet op de meertaligheid in het land.
