It has been observed that many health problems have not been diagnosed for long periods over years. Specialists are not bothering to read test results / reports of blood, urine, X rays, Ultra sound, CT and MRI explaining that they can not do any thing for the abnormal results in these reports.
Time to address failure of proper diagnostic approach to fix medical problems.
Health professional should be answerable for their blunders being done for non diagnosing medical problems where test results are showing higher or lower results then reference ranges, and for doing wrong readings of radiographic reports like CT scans, and not doing radiographic procedures out of required protocols.
