On January 6, 2011 the City of Waterloo released a draft for a new rental licensing by-law. If this by-law is passed by City Council, it will adversely affect all residents of Waterloo.

We, the undersigned, oppose the passage of Waterloo's Residential Rental Housing by-law because, instead of fostering increased safety and improved neighbourhood standards, it imposes unfair and unnecessary restrictions on all residents' lawful use of their property.
