The Dolphins hold private meetings, elections and forums without the knowledge of their member in good standing and paid in full.
Decisions in which require the support, feedback and consent of the members are not implemented yet they ask for you to join the team for another season of miscommunication, lack of knowledge and the "every team for themself" type of attitude.
We, the members, of the Dolphin team are asking for your support to show this is unacceptable conduct and unbecoming as a board.
The members who've paid in full in good standing will not accept this as acceptable behavior.
The constitutional right to vote for any election with good cause cannot be done in secrecy without the consent of its members.
