Kevin Lavelle was 29 years old he was beaten to death at the Cricketers Arms B& B in Banbury Oxford on June 25th 2004.
There were 6 Welshmen involved in the murder of our son Kevin only one was charged with Murder, because the Crown prosecution could not prove who struck the fatal blow with a dumb bell that belonged to Kevin, these 6 Welshmen went up to Kevin’s room were they beat him to death this was heard over his mobile phone as Kevin was in the middle of talking to his partner Michelle.
This petition is to ask the Judiciary to look at this case again with a view to charge these 6 perpetrators with The Joint Enterprise and pass sentence to all those Involved. Which will also break down this 7 year old wall of silence.
We will not stop until we get Justice for our son Kevin. Please help us to do this and sign along with your address. Thank you.
