Convicted child abuser, Bryce Shivers was sentenced to prison for child abuse on a child under the age of 18, intentional torture. The child was 2 months old and suffered broken ribs, broken arm and skull fractures.
He has served the time given to him and is due to be released in February 2011. According to his prison record, he has been unable to stay out of trouble. Therefore, it is doubtful that he can stay out of trouble in society.
I am asking for this petition because I do not think Bryce Shivers should be allowed to reside in Sumner County after his release from prison.
The child still resides in Sumner County and is now 4 years old. He did not stay out of trouble in prison, therefore I believe he won't be able to once released.
