To Whom it may concern, I am writing to you today to help assist the residents of Geaney Lane/ Jensen Rd with the storm water management in the front of their homes. As you know, there has been substantial rainfall over the last few months, and this has resulted in a lot of residents driveways turning into a muddy hole due to the lack of drainage.
Previous storm water management work has been carried out north and south of these properties. I feel it is essential that these properties have the adequate drainage in place so it does not impede on access to these properties.
We, the residents of Geaney lane/ Jensen road, call on the Townsville City Council to provide adequate storm water management solutions to rectify the problem of excess water laying directly in front of our property.
This excess water restricts our access into our residence.
