Due to time and unavailability of the background information, I will fill up this section as soon as possible.
We the undersigned, are requesting that Najmeh Tahmasebi be allowed to remain in England until such time that her return to Iran be considered safe.
Our experiences with refugee claimants that are unable to present a credible case and subsequently are forced to return to Iran paints some very dark pictures. Considering the present circumstances in Islamic dictatorship of Iran, all Iranian Refugee seekers must be granted temporary asylum, regardless.
Under humanitarian bases Najmeh Tahmasebi must be protected by the refugee convention accord.
