I am one of the THOUSANDS victims of unpunished NHS substandard treatments. I went in an NHS hospital in Surrey for a pancreatic bypass. The consultant informed me that undergoing a pancreatic bypass would improve my quality of live and that he was one of the best professionals in this speciality.
The surgery would involve a 5/7 days hospitalisation 5/6 weeks after back to work. The surgery was performed by a registrar and the consultant
surgeon, at Frimley Park Hospital Surrey. I was discharged (kicked Out) from hospital 43 days later My discharge did not include any medication, physiotherapy, or counseling. This after being subjected to six operations, and spending six days on a life support machine.
I am now disabled, and unable to work I was a 58 year old sport coach with a full time job. I've lost everything.
We the undersigned ask, and in fact demand that a Duty of Candour is introduced. Health care professionals must be stopped from lying to the public and falsifying documents.
IMPORTANT - Do you know that if a doctor causes the death of your child, spouse, mother, father, brother or sister as a consequence of medical negligence they are not currently under a legal obligation to tell parents and/or the next of kin the truth about the circumstances of the death or refrain from deliberately falsifying medical records to cover up their negligence?
