I, the undersigned Mark Andrew Lepine, am petitioning the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas for reinstatement of my Drivers License in an effort to maintain and seek additional employment.
The purpose of this petition will enable the defendant; Mark Andrew Lepine to afford the opportunity to continue to perform hotel consulting on an ongoing basis.
The defendant has spent in excess of $10,400 over a period of 12 months to maintain employment in Greencastle, PA. Furthermore, in order to seek further employment/contracts it is essential that the defendant has a valid drivers license, as extensive travel is a requirement.
