As your all aware there as been some near misses of children getting hit by cars. Although there is plenty of parking spaces in the co-op car park people still insist on using the school street. How long is it going to be before a child is knocked down?
My aim is to get as many people to sign this petition so maybe Swindon Borough Council will act on this serious matter.
PLEASE LETS MAKE THIS SCHOOL STREET SAFE AND MAKE IT A NO GO ZONE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8.30AM AND 9.30AM AND THEN BETWEEN 2.30PM TILL 3.30PM SO THESE CHILDREN CAN REMAIN SAFE WHILST GOING TO AND LEAVING SCHOOL. MANY THANKS.
