Fatal Frame 4 is a horror game released on the Nintendo Wii in July 2008. The Fatal Frame series is a very popular franchise in the US with the first 3 games still being highly sought after.
Tecmo the developer of the game says it will not be releasing Fatal Frame 4 in the US because Nintendo holds the publishing rights and it is up to them. Nintendo of America's Reggie Fils-Aime however claims NOA is not the publisher of the title.
We the undersigned, call to Nintendo of Americ and Tecmo, Inc to work out who has the publishing rights to Fatal Frame 4 and to then release the game in the US.
