The town of Powell's Crossroads has not since it has been incorporated allowed the selling of beer in the city limits And we the people of Powells Crossroads want to keep it that way
We the undersigned wish to oust the Mayor and aldermen of the Powell's Crossroads for going against and behind the backs of the voters of Powell's Crossroads in the voting in changing the footage of 2000ft to 600ft to make it legal to sell beer by a Church, School or Day care and for issuing a beer license to the store which was Pete's market.
