In a world where we allow pornographic magazines and films it's unfair that we allow pleasure for the healthy, but forget the disabled individuals.
A disabled person may never experience a kiss, sexual intercourse, or the loving touch of the opposite sex.
To Whom It May Concern:
Escorts should be widely available for the severely disabled. By severely I mean those who cannot walk, drive, see, etc. A list can be made. I think if you open it up to everyone who is disabled i.e. missing a hand, or had say a work injury. Then the system could be abused. However, you could open it up to all disabled individuals. You could even have a doctor's approval in order to give the person the go ahead.
Yes, sex is legal for ALL (regardless of health) in parts of Nevada. However, many disabled individual can't afford the sky high prices these places charge. Another issue may be transportation i.e. the place is too far, wheelchair bound individual etc.
