Review Zahoor Bangulzai abduction and illegal detention

Subject: Application under Article 34 of Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms read with Art 22 (4) (CAT) in respect of Mr. Zahoor Bangulzai's abduction and illegal detention.

We the family members of Mr. Zahoor Bangulzai would like to invite the attention of world community and responsible organizations of United Nation particularly to the office of the high commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHIR) in respect of Mr. Zahoor Bangulzai enforced disappearance and illegal detention.

The fault with Mr. Zahoor Bangulzai is that he is an intellectual and Human right activist. When on 23rd of Aughust, 2010 Mr. Zahoor Bangulzai Aghust 2010 at midnight, Who is a Tailor Master by Profession was working at his shop which is situated at chandani road Mastung ,Balochistan and his companions and relatives were also sitting with him ...at his shop, meanwhile suddenly several vechiles of Law Enforcemnt Agencies armed with weapons some of them were in F.C uniforms and few were in civil dress , came over there and captured all the shopkeepers /Tailoring shops of the vicinity and took over Zahoor Bangulzai by gun point forcely along with his four Companions namely Munir Ahmed , Bashir Lehri , Farooq and Safar Nichari . That at some distance near jungle cross the abductees Munir Ahmed and Farooq were released while the other abductees Zahoor Bangulzai, Bashir Lehri and Safar nichari were taken by the F.C and the Law Enforcement Agencies to unknown Place.

It would be reasonable to mention here that the prime minister of Pakistan Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani when announced on the floor of National Assembly of Pakistan and pledged that all the missing Baloch political leaders, worker and Human right activist person shall be recovered and released before Eid ceremony;

Until now there is non know whereabouts of Baloch thousands missing person including with Mr. Zahoor BangulzaiEveryone has the right to liberty and security of person. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention, in this respect Mr. Zahoor Bangulzai case is a textbook

We want justice and we have a great expectation from the United Nation Human Rights Office of the high commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHIR). Justice to be done with us.If remediable justice does not provide us. Then (PIP’s recollection, in Charles Dickens great expectation will ring in our ears, when, says Pip there is nothing so finely perceived and finely felt, as injustice).

We the family of Mr. Zahoor Bangulzai humbly submit that we have approached all the domestic forum of Pakistan but they have not provided remedies,
