To make cheer less stressful and to take stress off of the coach we are forming this to appoint 2 captains to our 2010-2011 JV cheer team.
For example, last year we had no captains and we were very unorganized and ended up having self appointed captains which just made everyone mad.
If we would vote for them things would be much more organized and we would have happier practices.
