Help me get my kids back before cps adopts them out

Cps has removed my kids for the 3 time i have 2 girls ages 10 & 3, i had a substance abuse problems an went thro all the hoops cps ask me to do an they are planning to term my parental rights sept 26th, 2010.. I'm a low income parent an cant afford to hire an attorney i really need help getting one... My mother debra meade was approved to take guardianship of my children but cps is saying she is mental retarded an now they are saying she is not capable of taking care of my kids, so will be adopting my 3rd out an placing my 10yr old into long term foster care, an me an my mom are very bonded with these kids...Cps has also make false allegation towards my step father that is not true...
