Calderdale Council plan to move a restricted public bypass from it's current location. Unfortunately the proposed new location effects a large number of residents living in the local community in a variety of ways.
We would like to ensure that any new location is planned with local residents, to try and find a suitable location with minimal impact on local residents and/or their properties.
We, the undersigned, call on Calderdale Council to take into account local residents and their properies when diverting the restricted public bypass (between Heathy Lane and Holdsworth Road) from its current location to any new location.
