The House of Representatives recently approved a bill that will allow under-age drinking (under 21) for minors who are in the presence of a parent or legal guardian or as part of a church or religious service, or for medicinal purposes.
We, the undersigned, call on the State of Wyoming Senate to eliminate the amendments therein on the House Bill 13. We oppose under-age drinking in which said minors will be allowed to consume alcohol in the presence of a parent, legal guardian or religious services or for medicinal purposes.
