Many years ago, at an annual meeting the annual dues were raised to $440 a year from the original $250 to meet Bylaws stipulation of a year's' dues in account for future use. The years' dues was collected in a 2 year time frame.
Currently, the maintenance of the neighborhood does not warrant the continuation of annual dues of $440.00. A refund is due the neighbors outside of the required years dues. A majority vote will deem this a call to TSNA.
We, the undersigned, call on the Todds Station Neighborhood Association to reduce the annual dues from $440 back to the original amount of $250.
