The American peoples Social Security funds are being drained and misused to support the Federal deficit . It is estimated by 2017 Social Security will be completely bankrupt by the Federal Government.
Remove Social Security from the control of the Secretary of the Treasury and call all government notes. The people will elect an oversight committee to restructure, manage and protect the peoples national retirement fund.
We the undersigned hereby direct the Congress of the United States of America to return the peoples' Social Security Retirement Trust to an independent standalone fund to be governed by the peoples' elected oversight committee.
Social Security will be subject to an independent audit prior to management transition. The fund will be restructured to benefit the the working people and their entitled heirs.
