Tim Standing has been unfairly suspended from St John Ambulance. The 'powers that be' claim this is in relation to events in his professional life however these events bear no relevance to him as a St John member and we feel that suspension is totally unwarranted and demonstrates a total lack of understanding and support from the very people we as volunteers count on to support us.
We, the undersigned, demand the immediate re-instatement of Tim Standing to St John Ambulance in Lancashire.
We believe his suspension is totally unnecessary, ill thought out, lacking in compassion and shows a complete lack of people management skills by the senior staff involved.
The suspension should be lifted immediately and an unreserved apology issued.
