Wataniya Telecom will be announcing the Working hours i.e. 8am to 5pm soon.
We all need to join hands to avoid this from happening. At least we can try !!!
We, the undersigned, call on the Wataniya Telecom CEO Scott Gegenheimer to re-think, Does increasing an hour to the usual 8 working hours make sense ?
This extra hour will not increase work efficiency or for the matter of fact any sort of productivity. The company has done great from since 1999, so why would you give the employees another reason to leave it? Kindly have some consideration for life/work balance.
We are sure you will do the right thing. Lots of people left Wataniya and the ones who are still here are here because they love it, please don't do this to them !!!
