I know I'm not alone when I say that GE Creditline's "customer service centre" will start harassing you for money the day after a missed payment was due.

I have been receiving phone calls (including Saturdays and Sundays) from GE. I have explained to them my situation, yet it never seems to make a difference.. Them calling several times a day, wanting to make unrealistic "payment arrangements" if you fail to meet their "arrangements" they keep calling and add insanely high fees to your account.

On my statement dated 16/07/2008 I was charged a $35.00 overdue fee, a $2.95 account service fee, a $30.00 overlimit fee, and $49.62 in interest.. thats $117.57 for a month. How do they expect you to catch up?

By signing this petition, you agree that GE Creditline are charging excessive fees and harassing customers who have fallen behind in payments. Therefore not giving those people a chance to bring their accounts back in to the "green".
