To allow our 26 year old Quarter Horse to remain on our property. He is conceided a horse of companion for both myself as well as as our 27 year old daughter. September of 2007, I went in for a hip replacement and came out of the hospital in January 2008 without a hip and unable to walk. Prior to that, I was down at the stable everyday to care for him. Now without being able to drive, I can no longer do this.

My daughter Kerri is suffering from cardio myopathy, this is the thinning of the heart muscle. She at time has to take an abundance of medicine and is also unable to drive. Seeing Ranger and the simple thing such as giving him a bath, cleaning his feet, brushing him or just feeding him brings us so much joy. Being able to look out the window and see him always puts a smile on everyones face. His droppings are picked up several times a day and removed from the property. He has always been up to date on his shots and is such a gentel animal that my 4 year old grandson can ride him.

We have a beautiful barn and a paddox that not only has a fence, but an electric fence as well. In the three short weeks we had him here, he was very well behaved and if it had not been seeing him for the street, no one would even know he existed. Please see attached Dr.s note supporting my claim, that Ranger is a companion horse that has done his job for Kerri. I plea to the court to allow Ranger to come back home.

He has made an enormas difference in both our lives.

We the undersigned do not have any problem with the Timmons Family 2 Hampshire Lane have no problem with Ranger residing at the above dwelling.

We understand that he is for companion purposes and would not be allowed to be rented for birthday parties etc.
