ILFIAP / IRFIAP members: By-laws & affiliation

The undersigned declares that he is representing the national photographic association of his country recognized as operational member by FIAP, that he did read on the FBP-BFF website the description of the problem related to the by-laws & affiliation procedure for ILFIAP and IRFIAP members, and that his association supports the amendment - motion text below:

Amendment – Motion

Amendment

The text voted in 2004 in Budapest mentioned the possibility for any camera-club to:
1 - apply for an ILFIAP (IRFIAP in case of a regional regrouping) membership
2 - participate in the FIAP Club's World Cup

We propose the following amendment: Where an operational FIAP member does exist as a national entity, the applying clubs have to be its adhering members in good standing of subscription.

Motion

Should this amendment be rejected, we require the abrogation of the text voted in 2004 in Budapest .

Le soussigné, représentant l'association nationale photographique de son pays reconnue comme membre opérationnel FIAP, déclare avoir pris connaissance de la description du problème relatif aux Statuts & mode d’adhésion des membres ILFIAP et IRFIAP sur le site FBP-BFF, et que son association soutient le texte "amendement-motion" repris ci-dessous:

Amendement

Le texte voté à Budapest en 2004 fait état d’une possibilité pour tout club de photographie:
1 - de présenter une candidature ILFIAP (IRFIAP pour un regroupement)
2 - de participer à la Coupe du Monde des Clubs FIAP

Nous proposons l’amendement suivant: partout où un membre opérationnel de la FIAP existe comme entité nationale, les clubs postulants doivent en être membres adhérents, en règle de cotisation.

Motion

En cas de rejet de l’amendement, nous demandons l’abrogation du texte voté à Budapest en 2004.

De ondertekende verklaart dat hij de nationale fotografische vereniging van zijn land vertegenwoordigt die als operationneel lid van FIAP erkend is, dat hij kennis genomen heeft op de website FBP-BFF van het probleem aangaande de statuten en aansluitingsprocedure voor ILFIAP en IRFIAP leden, en dat zijn vereniging de "amendement-motie" tekst hieronder ondersteunt:

De tekst die in 2004 in Boedapest werd aangenomen, maakt melding van de mogelijkheid voor iedere club om :
1 - zich aan te melden voor een ILFIAP (IRFIAP voor een regionale hergroepering) kandidatuur
2 - aan de FIAP-Wereldbeker voor clubs deel te nemen

Wij stellen het volgende amendement voor: overal waar een operationneel FIAP-lid als nationale eenheid bestaat, moeten de solliciterende clubs er aangesloten leden van zijn, tevens in regel met hun bijdragen.

Zou dit amendement verworpen worden, dan verzoeken wij dat de in 2004 in Boedapest aangenomen tekst terug ingetrokken wordt

Der Unterzeichner, Vertreter der nationalen fotografischen Verbandes seinem Land dass als Operatives
Mitglied bei FIAP erkannt ist, bestätigt Kenntnis genommen zu haben auf die FBP-BFF website von das Problem in Beziehung mit die ILFIAP und IRFIAP Satzung & Mitgliedschaft Bedingungen, und den hierunter aufgeführten Text "Ergänzungsantrag – Antrag" zu unterstützen:

Der 2004 in Budapest verabschiedete Text sieht vor, dass jeder Klub:
1 - eine ILFIAP-Kandidatur einreichen kann (IRFIAP für eine regionale Zusammenlegung)
2 - an der Weltmeisterschaft der FIAP-Klubs teilnehmen kann

Wir stellen hiermit folgenden Ergänzungsantrag: Falls es ein operationelles FIAP-Mitglied in Form eines
Landesverbands gibt, müssen die Klubs dem jeweiligen Landesverband angeschlossen sein und ihre laufenden
Mitgliedsbeiträge entrichtet haben.

Antrag

Bei Ablehnung dieses Ergänzungsantrags fordern wir die Ausserkraftsetzung des Budapester Textes von 2004.
