Immediately the election results were announced there was reports of ethnic cleansing and people being butchered, raped, sodomised because they did not support ODM in some of the areas.
The President said that until there was peace in the country he would not he able to have any dialogue with any aggrieved parties.
The country has become calm because Raila and Ruto have not been instigating any violence against certain ethnic groups. People need to gather evidence, pictures, voice recordings, video clips so that these 2 perpetrators of genocide can be taken to the Hague to answer for these heinous crimes of theirs.
Women were raped in front of their fathers, husbands and brothers. Men were sodomised in from of their mothers, wives and sisters.
The people that had to undergo all this mental torture have nothing to do with how the election results were announced and their only purported crime is their ethnic background.
Bishop Korir has now told the American envoy and the four retired Presidents that the violence appears to have been well prepared and was not spontateuos. Somebody instigated this killings not caring that people would die because of their action.
People should sign this Petition so that once enough signatures are collected then we can pass it to the relevant authorities to pursue.
This should send a message that people cannot use the lives of any ethnic group or tribe to further their political interests. This should be the last time that someone should ever do that. There are already people collecting the evidence.
