121. More Work for American Citizens 
December, 2005
To protest and make change to the idea in wich President Bush has recently claimed... Illegal immigrants should be granted work visas in order to fufill the jobs in the United States of America that natural born Americans will not take.
We would like every legal American citizen who does not have a job, or has ever been unemployed and would gladly take a job in construction, on a highway crew, doing dishes, mowing lawns...ect. Now, I mean NO offense to the men women and children who want better lives for their families in America, but you must know this....we do not all have it as easy as Bush!
So please stand up and let your voice be heard... "Mr. Bush, I'll take that job"!
This petition is specifically being sent to Texas 30th district rep. Dallas.
122. Abolish Harassment in Schools, Work and outside work

Well I thought about doing this because there are people getting harrassed included me.
But, what made me do this was listening to the news about people shooting in schools.
How would you feel if you were teased or harassed for a reason you can't control. If you've been in that same position then you know how it feels. Let's stop it before anyone else gets shot or hurt.
This petition is to stop teasing and harassing in schools, work and outside of work.

125. Ban BBS Lolita Porn on AOL
America Online confines its customers' usage of the internet within terms but many ordinary rights of Americans are ignored when online with AOL.
I am shocked to see AOL's lack of censorship regarding illegal pornographic content which is seemingly freely broadcast and received by AOL. There is a loophole child pornographers seem to be exploiting on the internet. I have inadvertantly discovered this and reported it to authorities with no results. The code word for underage pornography is "Lolita" in all venues I have witnessed.
These sites, allmost all having some connection to .BBS webhosting, as opposed to the more common .COM seem to be a big problem to me. If these sites do not get seen, they cannot be shut down. PASS THIS MESSAGE TO ANYONE WITH KIDS ! ! !

I have become frusterated & disillusioned while waiting for my knight in shining armor to marry me in a forever marriage! Marriage should be forever! sex can wait!
I wish it was the 1950s when ladies wore beautiful dresses and men wore button down shirts and slacks! the world was covered in happiness and glitter... sighs... should i become a Lesbian? i was not born that way, but i am easily influenced by others in this strange modern society.
I should probably do some good to humankind and join a convent (that part is serious!) the rest is kind of humorous. so lighten up! freedom of speech is awesome! please reply.
Help me believe that people still have morals in 2005. what should i do?

Same sex marriages should be allowed. What gives the government the rite to tell people to how they can and can not married? Our country is being run in a Christian life style.
Just because a percent of the country thinks it is "not proper" it does not give them the rite to make others suffer, for there differences. America is county of the free this is a country were it is not your race that determines you life but how hard you work and how bad you want it.
Well I want it to be an equal country as well, and let me tell you if you have not realized it is not. I am not saying people can not disagree with me but if you believe that it is wrong for a man and a man to love each other, that's your opinion. If I said it was wrong for you to love your wife or your husband, how would that make you feel? Not very good I presume.
Think about it you were taught from the day you were born that it should be a man and a woman. Well times change.

A petieion protesting the six period day change at Highland. We are protesting the six period day change for many reasons which include Less class time with teachers, more time in hallways, being stuck with teachers for a year that ay not be good for some students.

Whilst searching www.gobletoffire.com I searched the general release dates for all countries when to my horror I found that whilst all English filmgoers get to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on Nov 18th, the Germans and Filipinos get to see it on NOVEMBER 17TH.

The United States is Undemocratic. How can the USA tell Russia and China to be more democratic when the USA has unfair electoral practices?
This is a petition to call on the United States of America to review its electoral practices and to abolish the 'first past the post' electoral system and adopt a system of preferential proportional representation.
The United States has one of the most undemocratic electoral practices. The current president does not represent a majority of USA citizens. The United States president is not directly elected but appointed by an unrepresentative electoral college itself elected by a minority of voters. If the United States is to maintain public confidence as the voice and campion of democracy then it must review its electoral practices to ensure that its Government and Head of State establishes and maintains a majority mandate as opposed to a representation of a minority.
Democracy can only be maintained with the majority support of citizens voting to elect its representative. The current first past the post electoral system was implemented at a time when most Americans were unable to write and had a low standard of education. The time has come for it to join the 21st century and update its electoral practices to give voice to its people and citizens.
The adoption of a preferential electoral system would ensure that the electoral process properly and democratically reflect the view and opinions of its citizens.
Given the power and influence that the United States wields in the world it is fundamental that its electoral practices are reviewed so that its elected representatives reflect the voices of its citizens in a democratic and fair electoral system.
140. Parole Leonard McBee #96009 to Federal Custody

Hello my name is Kimberly McBee and my husband Leonard McBee has been incarcerated for the past 23-years in the S.C Department of Corrections for a 50-year sentence he received for Armed Robbery.
He took two wallets while escaping from two different detention centers while being held to go to Federal court for his Crime of Bank Robbery, which he received 25-years for. In the past 23-years he has been before the parole board 8 times and denied each time for the same reasons.
About 5-years ago my husband realized that he was not accomplishing anything with his bad behavior and he started making remarkable changes. Before this I loved him but I would of never went out of my way to help him be paroled. The only problem he now has is a drug addiction to Marijuana, which he has requested to be placed into a drug program and all he gets is that he doesn't meet the criteria.
His family and I have also tried to get him into a program by contacting the SCDC and the Governor's Office and many more and never get any where. Same old thing he doesn't meet criteria or we will see what we can do.Even at his parole hearing two years ago the SCDPPPS said they would recommend to the SCDC he be placed in a program and nothing has been done. I have checked into the Federal system and he meets all criteria of being placed into a drug program once he is there.
The way I look at it is that if you have a problem and admit it and ask for help with it then you should be eligible for some kind of program.
Leonard has made remarkable changes considering his addiction and all we are asking is that he be paroled so that he may be placed in Federal custody, get help with his addiction and maybe oneday return to society.
