1. Stop AT&T From Controlling Unlimited Data Plan Usage 
AT&T has decided to violate the U.S. Internet rules by limiting use of Apple Inc's FaceTime application to certain customers.
Other known public interest groups have filed complaints with the FCC about this (http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/09/18/us-att-facetime-idUSBRE88H1DP20120918).
AT&T should give all customers who pay for its mobile Internet service the option to use any Internet application they want to use regardless of which data plan they buy.
2. Wireless providers to offer unlimited data with Tethering
Rural Canada still has limited Internet access. Dial-up is not always reliable nor affordable. However wireless carriers like Rogers, Bell, Telus and Fido have excellent coverage including rural areas.
By assuring Internet connectivity to rural Canadians, we can expect increased productivity and work opportunities.
Because Internet access via satellite and long distance WIFI networks are very expensive, using the wireless carrier networks would provide Canadians with more choices.
3. More free unlimited car parking near Lidcombe station
Lidcombe railway station is a major junction station on the CityRail network and many people catch the train from there, mainly to travel to work or to travel to Olympic Park for an event.
In order to catch the train at Lidcombe station, many commuters choose to park their cars near the station.
There is a free public car parking lot near the station, however there are insufficient car spaces to facilitate the growing number of train commuters. In partcular, commuters who hold a full time job. This is especially indicative during weekdays when all the car spots in the all day parking areas have been taken before 8.00am.
In desperation, I have often seen cars parked illegally on the ramp or risk getting a fine by parking in the 4 hour car parking levels.
Street parking near the station is not an option because they are limited to half an hour.
Many people are choosing to travel by train, because of the high cost of fuel, the lack of car spots where they work or because of the convenience. Whatever the reason, the increase number of train commuters is resulting in an increase number of people parking near the train station. As such, Auburn Council needs to provide more free unlimited car parking. It is in the best interest of the commuters and also in the best interest of the environment. Train commuters need somewhere to park their cars near the station, so they can remain train commuters - rather than being another car commuter contributing to air pollution.
4. Free Access to Swimming Pools for Children in Bolton
This Petition is to ask that Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council allow all children who are resident in the Bolton Borough to have FREE access to all Swimming Pools that are controlled by Bolton MBC.
We the signed below want the Council to allow this provision to take place so that children throughout this borough are given unlimited access in a similar way that that Wigan MBC have just introduced.
This will allow children across the borough to keep fit and active and give them a good start in life.
5. Neopet Automatic gaming program

Hey people I just found a downloadable program that plays games on neopets automatically and can post scores unlimited time with a time of 12 hours max (according to nst.time of neopets).
The only inconvenient is that it can only work once on an account.I already used it on mine. It got me 278 000np on a 7 hour play. What I propose, is I do this on your account but i get 70% of the np made. It can get you up to 130 000np if i let it 12 hours.Some systems like this one might exist but dont get scammed for a stupid reason.If you trust me, you can get some np help, but if you dont, I absolutely understand you.
I knew this system quite a long time but wouldn't use it because it can take out some fun. I started using it after I got scammed and lost 654 000np and items.If you believe me, or you don't but need some advice just email to this place.

Dear Fellow Pogo Players,
I don't know about you. But we need to petition pogo and have them change the way they setup our personal challenge badges. Pogo needs to change it so we can do as many as we want, when we want to. I mean what good is one day going to do? Think about it.....If your missing like 50 of them, that's like 50 weeks. That will take way too long..... So if enough of us put our foot down. Hopefully pogo will change the way they have them setup...

7. Remove the 254 Character Rule For AOL Signatures
AOL will not allow signatures and a lot of other text to be more than 254 characters. Tons of people believe this rule should be removed. There should be at least an expantion of the number of characters for signartures, etc. Possibly, there could be an unlimited amount of characters. Take a stand and sign this petition. Why deal with this rule it when it annoys tons of people? In your comments, please tell if you want just an expantion of the number of characters or if you want there to be an unlimited amount of characters.

This petition is to clearly state that we want cheaper broadband & adsl plans in Australia, particularly unlimited plans. Australia has large and unfair 'limits' on broadband which most people cannot afford. We are behind in our pricing and development on broadband/adsl. The internet is fastly developing a larger need for adsl users, which most users simply cannot afford!
We need cheaper & more reliable adsl, and we do not need small shaped plans - We have a demand for unlimited. Making this cheaper will also earn Australian Computer Companies more revenue, and our currency higher, with our technology soaring higher. This pertition is to show a small percentage of people, out of the millions, that really do care about this issue.
