1. Don't Cut Campaign: Awareness rather than self-harm 
The Don't Cut Campaign is aimed at young people, but open to everyone. We aim to make the world aware that self-harm is a major issue, and should be fought against.
There are other ways of expressing issues that may be causing people trouble, rather than self-harm.

2. Bullies to Bootcamp (Victims have rights)
In memory of Amanda Todd & all others. After a 15 year old female, was victimized and made her commited suicide after being bullied by many teenagers.
Help prevent & end Bullying now.
The young voices have been silent too long and that has taken a toll on our bodies, we need change in the media industry. No longer is "healthy" considered beautiful, instead it's who's the most muscular or thin.
The number of teens with eating disorders and suicidal thoughts or action are rapidly rising because of depression that comes from not being "perfect."
4. Support an 18+ Drinking Age
I believe that the US Drinking age should be 18 because I believe that if you were to let teenagers (18 years of age and older) purchase and consume alcohol, then they wouldn't go behind the authority figures back and break the law.
Other countries have a low drinking age and it is working out fine for them.
5. Build an Arcade in Chandler, Arizona
Many of the youth of Chandler have expressed desire for an arcade, a public place to meet and play video games, but never publicly. Many of the arcades are not close by, and require making special trips on weekends or holidays.
There is a demand for arcades in Chandler, and teenagers, as well as adults, would be willing to frequent this establishment and spend money there. Chandler City is always expanding, and a well-placed arcade has the good possibility of making a large profit.
Airbrushing has led to a lot of damage and even psychological and eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia.
Please sign this petition because air brushing is inhumane and degrading to all people who suffer just to fit that perfect image.
Please help us take a stand and say stop!
7. Protect Our KIDS, make K2 or fake weed ILLEGAL!
The legalization of K2 or fake weed as people are calling it is jeopardizing the health and welfare of our children and society. Speaking from personal experience I can tell you that my son is addicted and has no regard to family. He only cares about his next fix.
I have seen him high on this "weed", he was hallucinating, he hit his girlfriend, he was yelling uncontrollable, and then was having horrible abdominal pain with vomiting. I now, however, do not know where my child is as he has chosen to no longer live in my home or go to school because he lives for his next fix. Some get to not make it to the next fix.
There are several reported cases of death in florida due to this legal weed. The others are having cases ranging from headaches, tachycardia, abdominal pain, vomiting, hallucinations and seizures.
8. Stop Tobacco Giant from Getting University Research

"A Scottish university is battling a tobacco giant's attempt to gain access to its research into the smoking habits of thousands of teenagers.
Philip Morris International (PMI), which makes Marlboro cigarettes, has submitted Freedom of Information (FoI) requests to Stirling University.
The research examines why the teenagers start smoking and what they think of tobacco marketing."
Do we really want to give information to a Tobacco company about how to market cigarettes to children.
The Invisible Voters are a campaign group aiming to educate the youth in politics and to make aware the importance of voting. We believe it is the perfect time to try to get through to the younger generation considering the recent developments in cuts from our government that have directly affected students, most of them being 18-24.
Our main aim is to get students of middlesex to understand the Alternative voting system coming up in May.
10. Banishing the PDA Rule from STVM
Being restricted from showing the ones you care about affection is wrong. Human beings thrive on one another to survive, we need affection to live.
Having that taken away and not being given a legitimate excuse as to why it is being taken away, is a violation of our rights.
11. Filling the Gap
A teenager from the age of 16-18 years of age have zero support or services they can access other then Youth Hostiles or the streets.
If a youth does not have an open file with the Children's Aid Society before the age of 16 the CAS cannot help an abused or abandonded youth.
There is no help for this age group.
12. Review Club Hours for the youth of the LeoGoodwin Foundation Teen Center
Changing club hours would be beneficial for the youth of the LeoGoodwin Foundation Teen Center. at this moment the club is open at 3pm on schools days , but on Non-school days its open from 9am to 5pm. The teens that attend this center start arriving btween 11am to Noon. As we all know most teenagers don't wakeup early in the morning.
This brings the benefit of having the club Hours changed to either 11am to 8:30pm or 11:30 to 9pm, the teens would be able to spend more quality time at the club and interact with more activities during the summer and on non-school days.
13. No more high school dropouts
The dropout rates today are climbing to record heights. I am a Canadian Youth who is dumbstruck at the amount of crime in today's society that can be remedied by enacting a law that students MUST Receive their Highschool diplomas before leaving highschool behind forever.
I believe that a full education is one of the stepping stones to a better society.
14. Make Evolution and Creationism Equal in Schools
Currently Evolution is on a higher level than Creationism in schools nation wide. Both Darwinism and Creationism is a theory, yet evolution is a dominate course in schools. Although millions believe in Creationism, they are forced to learn about Evolution because it is "Scientific." Yes, religion and State are separate, but if that's so then make evolution equal to creationism because evolution contradicts creationism.
15. Milwaukee Public High School Action Plan
Milwaukee Public Schools are implementing a 5 year action plan, including 8 goals and additional strategies, to work together and achieve more for students, families and the community.

An Illinois middle school wants students to keep their hands off other students.
The Chicago area school now has a strict "no hugging" policy. Administrators say, students began "hugging lines" in the hallways that kept others from getting to class on time. The principal also says some of those hugs were too long and too close.
Most school leaders in the Heartland say they limit public displays of affection or PDA's on campus.
The Central Middle School handbook defines PDA's as "physical contact that is inappropriate for the school setting, including but not limited to kissing and groping."
So, is hugging really wrong at school?
"I just needed a hug from my friends, and they gave me a hug," said Hollie Tidwell, a middle schooler at Central Middle.
Administrators at most southeast Missouri schools say they wouldn't frown upon the kind of hug she's talking about, regardless of why she needed it.
"I had boy problems," she said.
An embrace between teammates at a game or cheering fans would probably bring out some smiles, too.
"I don't think schools could have a romantic PDA's beyond holding hands and still keep it to an environment that teachers are able to teach in and students are able to learn in," said Superintendant Dan Moore, at Kelly Public Schools.
Still Moore doesn't watch the hallways like a hawk. He trusts his students to behave.
"You don't want students to make other students uncomfortable," he said.
Kelly sophomore Crystal Gosnell says she understands her school policy, but maybe she should read it again.
"I hug my boyfriend," she said, but says she would stop if she were asked to.
Most students agree a school policy is necessary.
"You don't want to see kissing in school. Do that out of school," Senior Bryce Faulkner said.
But, banning hugging altogether? Folks in the Heartland say have a heart.
"Children need hugs. If they're not getting it at home, it's ok to get it from friends," said parent Melissa Daniels.
"If you completely banned hugging there'd be something missing in your heart," Hollie Tidwell said.
Even school leaders at Notre Dame High School, a Catholic school, say they don't ban hugs when they are appropriate.

I can see where they don't want an PDA, and long hug or something like that. but i don't see anything wrong with a small hug between an bf/gf before class. Or even a hug between friends if one is having an bad day or something. We had an no kissing rule at my high school.
17. Introduce child and youth playgrounds for Birmingham estates
Our estate has about 400 family built homes on it and one shop and a pub, the rest of the land is waste ground there are no play facilities on the whole estate leaving numerous children with nothing to do.
18. BMX skatepark in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, South Africa
THE TEENAGERS of Walmer, a suburb of the city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa NEED YOUR HELP. Teenage BMXers in the Walmer area have no place to go. The cities only skatepark and other established ramps are far away, and we have no transport.
The Walmer area is full of large empty spaces with much potential, but land is expensive and no teenager has that kind of money. We get chased away from the streets where we are forced to ride, and are harassed by the public, security guards and police on a daily basis.
ALL THIS CAN STOP if we had the land to build our own place!
19. Compulsory Abortions for Teenagers Under 18
This is for a school project and I need feedback as soon as I can. We are working on propaganda for a controversial topic and I am doing compulsory abortions for teenagers under 18.
This is to keep teenagers in school and to protect the welfare of the mother and unborn child. The child may not receive the life it needs because the teenage parent is incapable of raising a child.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO AGREE WITH COMPULSORY ABORTIONS TO SIGN THIS PETITION, I JUST NEED YOUR COMMENT ON IT.

C-Span was talking about when teens get on a porn site a notification would be sent to their parents.
21. Reduction of High school hours
Teenage years are very difficult, school is a huge part of most teenagers' lives and is very stressful for them. The problems vary from their peers to grades and I feel both could be resolved by reducing school hours.
Most every student I've asks claims that they almost always have about 25-35 minutes of free time after each lesson. If every class period was half as long there would be just as much learned and more of an impact. Rather than have class assignments we could have homework more often. Drivers ed, makeup work, tutoring and other various school activities could be scheduled for after school.
With school not as long, students will not be as hesitant or nervous about attending school. Many students have problems with other kids or are harrassed by them so it makes more of an impact with school being such a big part of their lives. Students wouldnt have enough spare time to harm anyone if school was shorter but a student could have enough time to meet people. Most "bullies" only pick on others when they are bored or feel badly about themselves. I feel there would be less school violence, suicides, and less absences.
22. Regulate Underage Internet Gambling
We have all heard about the growing number of gamblers over these past few years. This is largely due to the growing trend in internet gambling. However, if it is illegal for anyone under 21 to gamble, why are teenagers being able to sign up, open an account, and play online for real money? However, there are some sites out there with software that can detect a real person's age, so why don't they ALL implenment this software? This law should be set straight across the board. There is no question that teens are at the most risk of falling into the habit of internet gambling. Let's put a stop to this before it gets worse!
The government today is looking to prohibit all internet gambling in the U.S., however this will cause more harm than good. We saw it happen in the 1920s when alcohol was prohibited/banned. It will just drive the industry into an illegal criminal element through underground markets. So instead of banning internet gambling altogether, we should have all gambling sites licensed and regulated so that they provide a fair, honest, and reputable atmosphere.
Included in this regulation should provide all gambling sites to implement the software that can detect a real person's age.
23. Paintball Purchases legal to under 18s
What's the harm in letting teenagers purchase paintball products? the paintball industry would make alot more money if they let teenagers purcase paintball products legaly under the age of 18! ive been playing paintball for 3 years i have never had any injuirys playing paintball.
Insurance companys have rated paintball the safest sport. Only idiots get hurt playing paintball, buy doing something wrong
24. School should start later in the day!!
Studies have proven that most teenagers do not get the proper amount of sleep needed. Part of this problem is the demanding early hours of school.
25. Bring Swans Crossing to DVD
Swans Crossing was a short lived 1992 television series. In short, Swans Crossing is a soap opera, geered towards teenagers, about the interesting lives of twelve wealthy teenagers, some people may not remember this great T.V. show because ti only aired for six months. However, Swans Crossing had a lot of dedicated fans who haven't forgotten about it and are currently searching the web for any info at all on the show.
I made this petition because I am one of the many fans of this short lived series and I would really love to see it on DVD. The show hasn't been on television for about 8 years and I really miss it. Please help us bring it to DVD.
26. On Behalf Of Our Loved Ones - limit gambling to casinos
Gambling belongs in the casinos. With the proliferation of video lottery terminals in our local bars and restaurants, ordinary citizens (including seniors and teenagers) are casually attracted to them and become addicted.
I am one such person and I have seen many other people who hate their availability but can't stay away.
If these machines were in the casinos, I believe that many people would have an easier time to stop playing them and many others who have not yet started will not be tempted and will be saved from a devastating addiction.
