1. Tell Marco Rubio To Stop Supporting Amnesty 
Whereas, Marco Rubio has disappointed his entire conservative voter base with his troubling push of amnesty for illegal aliens in recent immigration reform legislation.
Whereas, Rubio has misled the public about the bill's costly and explosive contents, as he has not even read the bill and won't agree to share it with the public.
Whereas, Rubio has lost my support by endorsing a "free pass" for illegal immigrants -- a policy that is fiscally, culturally, and lawfully irresponsible. Senator, your encouragement of illegal amnesty is against our values, and is evidence that you mislead constituents to believe you'd vote against the very legislation you're selling today if you were to be elected.
2. Petition Mitt Romney: Draft Rep. Allen West for Vice President
America urgently needs a patriot like Rep. Allen West to liberate our Republic from the tyranny of Obama's corrupt socialist agenda.
BUT IF WE CAN'T HAVE ALLEN WEST FOR PRESIDENT, we must draft him for Vice President. He is the one candidate who can take on and defeat Obama's ruthless racism, complete corruption, and corrosive class warfare.
Rep. Allen West is Obama's worst nightmare, because he's one of America's great patriots.
In the last four years, Barack Obama has attempted the equivalent of 'constitutional murder' against our Republic. Rep. Allen West will fully prosecute Obama's High Crimes.
As Romney's VP selection, he'll beat Obama like a dumb drum.
And after Obama's defeat, Vice President Allen West will lead our liberated Republic to restoration, healing and to full recovery.
3. Allow the Australian public to vote on whether they support a Carbon Tax
The people claimed to be leading climate scientists won’t debate in public and won’t provide their data. What is it they are hiding? When faced with legal requests they say they’ve “lost” the original global temperature records. Thousands of scientists are rising in protest against this scare campaign.
This is like saying the DNA evidence found at the scene of a murder proves someone is the murderer, regardless of the fact they have 100 witnesses they were somewhere else, and when challenged on the data they advise the original DNA evidence is lost. Would you convict the man they claim is a murderer? No neither would I .
This is what the Government expect us to do with climate Change though, they claim they have empirical evidence of man-made Climate change and that Australia's temperatures will rise to a degree where we will not even have water for crops, and the sea will rise and flood all coastal areas.
But the Government has never shown us this evidence that they are basing their claims on, when a freedom of information request was lodged they say they have lost the original global temperature records, and their top Climate Change scientists, of which NONE are actual climate scientists or meteorologists, refuse a public debate and won't show the data they are basing their opinion on.
4. Stop Omnibus Bill by Shutting Down Government or Continuing Resolution
The recently released Omnibus bill in the Senate costs over $1.1 trillion. It contains over 6,600 earmarks. After the November 2nd elections the people of America spoke through the ballot box that earmarks will not be tolerated.
Sadly elected officials in the U.S. Senate have ignored the electorate thus the reason for the petition below.
5. The T.E.A. Party will not tolerate racism
The media has reported incidents of racism at TEA Party rallies. Though unsubstantiated in many cases, there is some evidence of this. The goal of this petition is to condemn any sign of racism at any TEA Party event or Town Hall meetings around the country.
By signing this petition, you pledge to condemn racism in politics at every level. The petition signatures will be forwarded to the media, in hopes that they will report this effort.
6. A Call for the States to do Their Duty!
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Did you know it is the CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY of your state to protect your right and liberties? We are in EMERGENCY MODE now! Washington is not listening to us, it is time our state governments earn their keep.
