Flash Forward
Cybersix animated series was produced in 1999 and aired on a few major television stations, such as Teletoon (Canada), Fox Kids (America), Kids Station (Japan), and Telefe (Argentina).
The show was based off the comics "Cybersix"; the show would give a realtime visual of the loved comic. Sadly, the show was not as popular as expected, only producing one season and within that season only thirteen episodes. The show was canceled after it's final epesode and ignored by it's producers for lack of viewers.
We hope that with enough support, we can send a request to the major stations, mainly Teletoon and request another season. However, we need the support of all the Cybersix fans around the world for this request to have any meaning.
Teletoon cannot ignore it's viewers, if they request a show again, we have high hopes they would at least consider.
3. Bring Kim Possible Back On Air!
Kim Possible was Disney's longest running show. After season 4, it was cancelled.
We need you to sign this petition to urge Disney into producing another season. Come on, Kim Possible fans!
Anything is POSSIBLE!
I am starting this petition to try and get the TV channel GOLD (formerly UK Gold, UKTV Gold and G.O.L.D.) to join Freeview and be available to Freeview viewers.
The channel predominantly shows classic British comedies like Only Fools and Horses, Blackadder, One Foot in the Grave and Fawlty Towers for the vast majority of the day.
The channel is currently available only on Sky, Virgin Media and TalkTalk TV.
I feel it would be a great advantage to people who have Freeview, and who do not want to spend a lot of money on buying Sky/Virgin etc. Many people are fond of these old sitcoms.
Thank you and please sign.
5. Petition against Bill S.978
The bill states that you will not be allowed to stream or post any music or video game play on the Internet. That includes Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and any other major websites. There are many people who's jobs involve posting videos on YouTube. These people who work for gaming companies like Machinima.
If this bill were to pass, many people can lose their jobs. Another example is how some people can become famous by posting themselves on YouTube and singing songs. Many people may dislike Justin Beiber, but he still became famous and signed to a record deal by posting himself on YouTube singing songs by other artists.
As of late 2010, the TV show 'Making Fiends' has been canceled. Many people loved the show. Now most of them want it back.
In March 2008 Cartoon Network announced Robert Swartz as its new VP of original programming. Along with leading development and current teams, Swartz oversees development of all animated, live-action and alternative series for the network.
Being a longtime viewer of Cartoon Network for the past 15 years of my life, it disappoints me to say that this business endeavor has become a harsh and unnecessary decision with little success and has left fans of Cartoon Network with false hopes.
8. Legalize It
Legalization of marijuana should take place in the state of Florida reasons for this are many profits generated could help support education, roads and highways, and even help public funds for food stamps.
Statistics show 20% of all Americans smoke weed this shows there is money to be made the product could be taxed and sold where cigarettes are sold.
Facts show the following:
1. It is not addictive
2. It does not cause over dose
3. It is natural
4. Is much less harmful than ciggarettes
5.Has strong support
6. Many powerful and influential people in the U.S. have used it
7. It stave's off Alzheimer’s
8. Marijuana helps with: Stress Relief, Pain Relief, Meditation, Eating Disorders
9. Marijuana has been around since ancient times
10. Marijuana does NOT cause violent behavior
This should be plenty enough reasons to support my thoughts and I think many will agree.
Wrestling in the UK has always had a loyal and enthusiastic following, with every show that the WWE promote, there are sold out arenas due to the familiarisation with the superstars on show.
We believe that if the WWE were to produce a reality based TV show that linked in with the stars of a UK based promotion, it would give the WWE a new complex brand with more potential and provide developing WWE stars an opportunity to work in medium arenas in front of the camera and a live crowd.
Although initially the brand will be developmental, there is scope for the brand to extend out onto TV with the opportunity to build characters before they are put on a grander stage. UK fans are dedicated and passionate about wrestling and will continually strive to ensure that the industry improves.
This petition is here to save the show Better Off Ted on ABC (Usually on Tuesdays at some time). They have started to run two new episodes a week and this seems to be a sign that they are just running the last episodes until it is gone.
We are attempting to get them to put new episodes on Wednesdays or at least attempt to promote the show.
11. Take action against Police Chief for molesting teenage girl
I have read this incident in BBC News and in several Indian websites. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/8429378.stm informs about the entire incident how the teenager was molested and committed suicide due to police harassment.
This video shows the interview with victim's father http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N22CpgJaeSs
12. Bring all the old Nickelodeon Shows Back
Do you remember, when Nickelodeon used to air on Nick that got canceled? Nick now only show shows like Spongebob, Fairly Odd Parents, iCarly, The Mighty B, Ned's Declassified, and so on. Nicktoons Network stinks to because it used to be great back in 2002 with its original name Nicktoons TV and had no commercial breaks.
I'd say this is all Viacom's fault and needs to be fixed by law enforcement. I don't even know why Viacom bought Nickelodeon. It doesn't need that.
Nick studios in florida closed in 2005 and ever since then all the old nick shows were taken off air. After that happened all the other nick studios started to take place of the old nick studios in Florida and what I've been reading on the internet every one wants the old nick shows back on
14. Local Residents Against Circuses Involving Animals Performing in Barrie, Ontario
Wild animals are still used in circuses and traveling shows across North America. Most are shunted from town to town with no opportunity to live according to their natural biology and behavior. They endure severe confinement, deprivation, hardship and brutality.
Many performing wild animals are also large, potentially dangerous and perform in front of audiences with few protective measures in place. They pose a risk to themselves, their handlers, audience members and bystanders.
Many municipalities have passed by-laws that prohibit circuses with animals from performing in their communities. It is time Barrie bans inhumane entertainment as well.
As consumers, no one finds it fair and right that people can purcase tickets for shows, concerts and sports events and then sell the tickets on eBay to make a massive profit!
16. Arirang TV Back In Sky Cable's Silver Plan
For the past nine years since Sky Cable had included Arirang TV in its roster of cable channels in 1999, Philippine viewers have been enjoying and learning about the Korean culture through the variety of shows they offer.
Since 2006, Sky Cable had removed Arirang TV from its channel listing offered in their basic Sky Silver Plan available at PhP 680.00 , and moved it to the premium Platinum Plan offered at PhP 2020.00. Because of this, Philippine Arirang TV viewers are left with no option but to upgrade their plans to a more expensive one should they want to continue watching Arirang TV.
Arirang TV is the only Korean TV station with a multi-lingual format, with Korean shows translated or subtitled in different languages (Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Bahasa, Spanish, Vietnamese and English).
By signing this petition, you are supporting the cause of the Philippine Arirang TV viewers in their endeavor to bring Arirang TV back to the channel listing of Sky Cable's basic Sky Silver Plan so that everyone can enjoy the viewing pleasures - both entertaining and informative- of Arirang TV in a much affordble cost.
17. Jonas Brothers to be on The View!
We all know how popular the Jonas Brothers are getting and as their fans we would like to expand their success.
18. Old children's shows should be back on the air!
If you remember children's TV shows from the 1990's, then you probably remember and miss shows like Allegra's Window and Eureeka's Castle.
I miss those shows so much! So sign my petition to bring them back on the air or on DVD.
I really miss a show called Allegra's Window from the 90's and it's not available on DVD and I don't think you will find it on video sites. I'm a 16-year-old girl who used to adore classic shows like this one and I was upset when they took it off the air. Now I'm not feeling happy anymore.
I don't have a VCR at home so I need it on DVD or on TV. I haven't seen this show in so many years and it brings back good memories.
Please sign thanks.
Thanks. Taylor

20. How homosexuals are perceived by heterosexuals in television shows

22. Beyblade should make a come back!
Beyblade should return to T.V. I've been on a few websites and found literally thousands upon thousands of fans wanting beyblade back.
So beyblade lovers of the world, take action.
23. Save 'Kulvaddu' from going off the air
We love the show 'Kulvaddu' and think that it is really different from the usual shows on Indian television today. It is one of the best shows on Sony Channel these days...
It has an excellent cast, with Sachin Sharma, Daljjet Kaur, Shaleen Bhanot and others doing an excellent job of their roles. The lead couple, Sachin Sharma and Daljeet Kaur, have explosive chemistry.
The show moves at a very fast pace. Also, the show does not have false drama and the production values are refreshingly real.
24. Make the Media Stop the Epidemic it Started
Dear Sir or Madam:
SUBJECT: EATING DISORDERS IN THE MEDIA
My name is Katie Morton and I am writing because I would like to see a part of one of the CBS Evening News shows to be about eating disorders in the media. As a teenage girl I am deeply disturbed by the growing number of people that are affected by eating disorders on a daily basis. Due to the media many girls result to not eating or eating very little in order to look like the stars they see on television.
Many girls in today’s society look at the skinny, beautiful models and actresses as role models. It appears that these women have everything, money, fame, and good looks. They think that these women are in control but what most girls do not realize is that these women are really spinning out of control because many of them have an eating disorder. “In America young girls have been so obsessed with dieting that they will take extreme measures by the time they are ten years old” (Erlanger).
Almost every girl at some point in her life has looked in the mirror and thought that all they saw was fat. By being skinny it shows that you have control over your life. Even I have been one of those girls who look at themselves in the mirror and think they are fat. Unlike many girls I have never taken drastic measures to change the way I look. All I have done is exercised significantly and eaten healthy foods. Like every girl in America I wanted to be like the women that I see on television.
“Five to ten million people have eating disorders nation wide; that includes eleven percent of high school students and up to nineteen percent of college students. Eighteen to twenty percent of people with anorexia will die within twenty years of diagnosis” (Lauren Gold). This is a statistic that must be changed for the benefit of today’s youth. Television is the way most individuals get information in the United States; therefore it is the media’s responsibility to portray a more realistic image for young girls.
I believe that it would be a great idea for CBS to run a show on this growing epidemic in America. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Katharine Morton

26. Torchwood or Doctor Who Ps2/3 game
There really should be a playstation game based on one of these shows for the following reasons.
1. It would be cool to have a game set in Cardiff.
2. Bring money to the BBC
3. Growth for Britain's media development.
27. Ban TV Celebrity Reality Shows!
Do you hate tiresome z list Celebrity TV Shows? Yes, thought you did!. This petition is in support of banning this distasteful trend which has blighted our nation.
I'm a celebrity get me out of here, celebrity come dancing, celebrity scissorhands, celebrity driving school...its all rubbish and it should never be allowed to reach our screens.
BAN IT NOW!!!!
28. Pro-Wrestling Company, Cartoon Style!
I-Josh, who wrote the Shinsengumi petition-want to start wrestling company that is in the form of animation. Think about it.
A wrestling company with nonexistent/cartoon superstars that wrestle for a fictional wrestling company with the same storylines used in real pro-wrestling. Same entrances with the quirky gimmicks and the theme music. Same wrestling techniques applied in the real squared-ring.
Same telecasters commentating on the matches. Same pay-per-view venues. Everything that builds that industry, except for it's inexpensive, such as many of the superstars will be voiceovers done by the same voice-actor who will be doing different wrestlers. Less contracts for each wrestler. Less traveling since it will be a cartoon show, but will travel to different locations. Also many of these superstars will make up of not just humans but weird creatures such as animals, dinosaurs, aliens, monsters, inanimate objects and other freakish creatures will compete in my wrestling promotion.
I also want a wrestling show with non-stop seasonal shows just as the regular wrestling shows do. The only problem is that I am still in high-school and don't have the proper income to establish my wrestling company. After I graduate, I'm going to try to save as much money as possible so I can at least develop a demo tape of what I envision.
Besides the cartoon wrestlers and I would also like to acquire the services of the real-life superstars who are retired, but want a second chance, only this time they'll be wearing some headsets and doing the voices of their selves. I want Don Muraco as my head commentator.
So, for those of you are wrestling freaks, sign my petition and in the near future you'll be seeing a cartoon wrestling show.
29. Get Rid Of Quizmania & Midnight Zoo
August 7, 2006
Night owl TV watchers in Australia are angry at the lack of selection after midnight on all 3 commercial networks in Australia.
The Nine Network started screening a version of Channel Ten's "Up-Late Game Show" called "Quizmania".
A week later Seven started their own version "Midnight Zoo". All these shows are exactly the same.
Where's the variety? Channel 31's Fishcam and SBS's Weatherwatch are more interesting then these quiz, and I use that term lightly, shows.
This petition is the try to get the Nine and Seven Networks in Australia to listen to their viewers and act accordingly.
--------------------------------------------------------------
I sent the petition to Channel's Nine & Seven and got a letter back from Channel 7 on October 5th...
Dear Mr Stancliffe
We received your letter dated 29 September 2006 regarding Midnight Zoo.
The final episode of Midnight Zoo goes to air the morning of October 21 2006. After that time, the Seven Network will again be scheduling normal programming including brand new episodes of The Jury and repeats of series 1 and 2 of Lost.
We hope this provides you with the variety on late night TV that you have been missing.
STOP PRESS: LETTERMAN TO GO TO NETWORK TEN
Channel Nine has lost their deal with CBS and Network Ten has struck a deal with them. The Late Show with David Letterman will move from Nine.
30. Bring back the attitude era
July 14, 2006
Recently WWEinc shows have been second rate. i feel that WWE need to return to the attitude era.
when someone got a title match because of their abilitys and skills. not because they were good with a mic or were related to the boss.
WWE need to listen to the fans when it comes to TV.
after all without the fans the company is finished
