31. Spread the Truth about Lesbians, Bisexuals, and Transgendered People 
In response to the religious right's continued effort to prevent American's from accepting, respecting, and embracing all sexual identities.
We are a group of American Citizens who believe that people of all sexual orientations deserve the same rights, respect, and acceptance that straight citizens recieve from society. We are NOT a group of people pushing a 'gay agenda' but simply a mixture of straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered people, who have spiritual beliefs, and a belief that all of us are equal. We are attempting to inform others that homosexual people are not pedophiles, sex addicts, and predators. We know and support same sex couples who are in healthy commited relationships. Lastly, we believe that a person's sexual orientation in no way influences his or her ability to be a parent or leader to children.
32. Fight against rapes & sexual assaults
In 2001 I was raped and sexually assaulted by Junior, an alien resident. As an American, I truly hoped that the authority and organizations I have contacted would help me. Junior has on many occasions attempted to kill our fellow Americans and his goal is to exploit little girls, continue to rape other women, and to exploit the US' social services. I have gotten raped for protecting my fellow Americans and for defending the US government. Therefore, I'm requesting your signatures to help keep junior out of our society since his goal is to obtain his US citizenship so that he could expand his criminal acts. As Americans, we should remain indivisible and not be fearful of chasing rapists and possible killers out of our society. Your signatures will help make a difference. Your effort will help contribute to a safer society for all Americans. Thank you.

34. STOP THE SCANDAL
This petition is stop the scandal with the hiring of Mr. Benny Pinaula to the company "Loco Boutique" as an Area Manager. This petition clarifies the reason for him to be hired in the first place, and all the hurt he has caused to his previous employers and staff. This man is guilty of practicing sexual harassment to his employees. He has gotten away with too much, and is expected to get away with it again. He is a fake and a huge pervert, and she be kept away from all females and parents should keep them away from their daughters. He only got hired because of a recommendation from another sexist pig that is very powerful on the island of Guam. But he who did recommend him has run away to Japan, to hide from the mess he caused. Please support this petition to stop the Scandal and support equality and fairness for all the minorities who suffered the abuse under the supervision of Benny!!!
35. Take a Stand Against Dances Being Shut Down by PRMS
Students are handed rights by the Public School System of Collier County as well as the US Constitution to be able to voice our opinions, to petition, to stand up for what we feel or believe. A great deal of people were unsatisfied by the events occuring Friday, April 19, 2001. The "Spring Dance" which was once looked at as a relief for students to socialize and enjoy an evening together, was simply crushed.
We need to show our school's administration -- the faculty of PRMS that we, the students, are displeased. As well, we have to ensure that the 8th grader's final social event, the "8th grade dance," does not result into such a calamity as this one did. This petition shows that we want to make a stand.
If you are against ANY hate crimes, including crimes related to race, sexual orientation, etc. Then sign this petition to STOP HATE CRIMES.
37. Prevent Child Sexual Abuse
Due to incidences of sexual abuse in summer camps in MA, The Camp Safety Project has been working to get camps better monitored. Better monitoring would include comprehensive background checks on all staff members and other necessary precautions. Currently the Department of Public Health (DPH) monitors summer camps. In October of 1997, we presented 70 cases of sexual abuse to the Legislature. We thought it may be more appropriate for the Office for Child Care Services (OCCS) to monitor the camps. In 1998, the MA government kept oversight of camps in the hands of DPH and mandated that they require some staff members be checked for a criminal record. We have been working to require that, at a minimum, all staff members be checked for a criminal record (CORI), sexual offender record (SORI) and that camp directors call the references of the applicants.
