Petition Tag - resign
We have all seen and heard the lack of judgment and untoward behaviour from one of the highest regarded and supposedly custodian of the Kenyan Constitution and Law.
It is for this reason WE say such bad manners and behaviour will NOT NOW or in the near FUTURE be tolerated. This is the Kenya WE DO NOT WANT!
Today the Deputy Chief Justice Miss Nancy Baraza wantonly and blatantly pointed a gun to a security officer, tomorrow she will fire it and it could be YOU on the receiving end!!
Such behaviour WILL and CANNOT be accepted, sign the petition NANCY MUST GO!
Since becoming FIFA President in June 1998, Sepp Blatter has committed innumerable crimes against the sport of football, blatantly disrespecting the game, its players, its supporters, and its officials.
1)Mr. Blatters wildly inappropriate requests for womens football shorts to be made tighter border on the sexist.
2) There have been constant reports of vote rigging, financial corruption and financial mismanagement within FIFA with Mr. Blatter at the centre.
3) Allegations of corruption and financial irregularities (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIFA#Allegations_of_financial_irregularities)
4)Refusal to implement modern goal-line technology to take pressure off referees and ensure fair play.
5) More recently, remarks made by Sepp Blatter condoning racism on the football field.
Mr. Swan called the events of the last eight days since Dr. Brown's decision to allow four Guantanamo Bay detainees to resettle in Bermuda without telling his Cabinet, the Governor or UK authorities, an "international debacle".
"The motion before us continues to be a very important and serious motion before this House," he said. "I remember as a schoolboy, having somewhat of a voice, that could project quite well and carry a little bit of a tune and we used to sing a wonderful song, 'No Man is an Island'. In that regard let me say that indeed here today, part of the problem that we face here has been a result of a very few people acting on their own.
"It has plunged Bermuda into an international debacle that has damaged us internationally in many respects because we have not followed our constitution."
Mr. Swan was greeted by jeers from across the floor when he claimed his motion was never intended to oppose the PLP Government itself but the leadership of the Premier.

5. Impeach Governor Blagojevich
On Tuesday December 9, 2008 Governor Rod Blagojevich was arrested and charged with blatant political corruption. He can no longer govern and, for the sake of the people of Illinois, needs to be removed from office as soon as possible.
The Illinois General Assembly is convening in a special session starting Monday December 15th, and must immediately impeach Governor Blagojevich and remove him from office, as provided for by the Illinois Constitution.
If impeachment is not completed in the next month then it can not be started until after a new General Assembly is convened on January 14th.
Please sign this petition and send a message to your legislators that they must act now to end Illinois' shameful political nightmare.
6. Bring Back The Russell Brand Show
Russell Brand has resigned from his BBC radio show "The Russell Brand Show" His reason for leaving is that he feels that the show is not making people "happy" anymore.
Or though there is one mistake on his and Johnathan Ross's part he still makes us laugh and makes us happy.
The whole thing has been blown greatly out of proportion by the media, as despite the figure being quoted in its thousands, only two complaints were received about the show, both for Ross's use of an expletive.
Since then, the media have stirred up uncalled for and unnecessary amounts of controversy, considering the dialogue used would be water off a ducks back to viewers of many comedy shows e.g. Little Britain.
What's more, listeners were warned about possibly offensive language and content.
Matt Morgan
The Sony Award winning Russell Brand show originated on BBC 6 Music before moving to take the 21:00-23:00 Saturday slot as Radio 2's showpiece.
It has been one of the most successful of recent times and is certainly one of the funniest and really does brighten up the days of many people, with regular Co-host Matt Morgan, poet laureate Mr Gee and regular guest, Oasis star, Noel Gallagher.
The show has attracted over 400,000 listeners live or even 2 million (depending on which source you believe) and many more via podcast, for which it has dominated the charts on iTunes.
For the show's regular items, Nanacdotes, Pin pin, 'Gay', the jingle race war, Mr Gee's poems and the two hosts, Russell Brand and Matt Morgan, as well as former hosts and friends, Mr Nibbs, Trevor Lock and Christophe the Fish !
Mr Gee

A revolution in your honour, Russell.
Your loyal fans.
PLEASE REFER THIS PETITION TO ANY OTHER FANS OF THE SHOW YOU KNOW SO WE CAN MAKE AS GOOD OF A GO OF THIS AS POSSIBLE.

7. Keep Kimmorley with the Sharks
Against his wishes, Brett Kimmorley earlier this year signed with the Bulldogs for 2009. This is a great shame and needs to be rectified.
All Kimmorley wanted was to finish his career with the Sharks, and he has been repayed in this atrocious manner, especially after playing great football and helping the club achieve so much this season.
8. Support President Musharraf: PLEASE don't go!
This is a petition drawn up in light of the recent events in Pakistan. It seems the opposition parties after winning the majority of seats are intent on making President Musharraf resign. Through this petition ordinary Pakistanis make an impassioned plea to President Musharraf to NOT RESIGN!
As ordinary Pakistani citizens it is heartbreaking to see that former political leaders such as Nawaz Shareef and Asif Ali Zardari back in power. It is these same people whose previous rule was characterised by intense corruption, mismanagement and dazzling incompetence. They looted and plundered the country.
Nawaz Sharif’s incompetent government and Benazir’s corruption (wife of Mr. Zardari who is popularly known in Pakistan as 'Mr. 10%') left Pakistan in a dismal state. Thus prior to Musharraf’s debut on the stage of Pakistani politics in 1999,
* The country was almost bankrupt;
* Pakistan was on the verge of being declared a “failed” and “terrorist” nation;
* It was listed as being the second most corrupt nation in the world (the first being Nigeria)
* During the time of Benazir and Sharif, the KSE 100 index was less than 1300. Now it is over 12000.
* Atrocities such as judicial killings of opponents took place shamelessly throughout Pakistan, particularly in Karachi, for which Benazir and Sharif were both primarily responsible.
During President Musharraf's rule Pakistan's economy has seen unprecedented growth. Corruption is at an all time low and large-scale development is taking place all over Pakistan, with a significant amount of construction going on in Karachi and areas of Baluchistan. Moreover, Musharraf is the only leader of Pakistan who has taken a strong stance against religious extremism.
This is a crucial stage in Pakistan's history and we need Musharraf to help us through this phase. We, the people of Pakistan are sick and tired of seeing our national wealth looted and our country mismanaged by incompetent and satanic politicians such as Zardari and Nawaz Shareef.
9. Kibaki Should Save Our Kikuyu Brethren by Stepping Down
President Kibaki was sworn in after a contentious Kenyan presidential election in December 27th.
Immediately evictions and killings of members of the Kikuyu community began all over the country. There have been calls for Kibaki to step down for this to stop and it looks like the only solution for now.
10. International body should organise Kenyan election re-run
Mwai Kibaki resign.
11. President Musharraf should resign
I think we all know what Pakistan is going through.
We all know what it is heading towards and we will not watch like cowards.
To all those people who love, admire and respect Pakistan. My friends, in today’s date, are we able to say “I AM PROUD TO BE A PAKISTANI” ? Ask yourselves and you will know the answer. Of course, one should burn in hell before he/she says they are not proud of Pakistan.
But can we not do something, can we not be of some use. We all love our country because we fought for our independence.
12. Ask Speaker Pelosi to take a vote to "defund" the war or resign as Speaker of the House
Nancy Pelosi was interviewed by Wolf Blitzer on September 30th. During this interview she was ask as to why not use the power of the purse to stop the war. Her response:
“I wish the speaker had all the power you just describe. I certainly could do that. That doesn't bar the minority from bringing up a funding resolution. They have their parliamentary prerogative as well.
So what we have done is to send bills that limit the mission, to limit the time there, to redeploy the troops. And last week, I believe, was a turning point in the congressional debate on Iraq. I think we changed it going in by putting a bill on the president's desk.
Since May until now, we haven't been able to put something on the president's desk.”
We want her to stop making excuses about why there is no vote on (defunding) stopping the war. We want Speaker Pelosi to step up and do what she failed to do for 9 months.
13. Shelley Midura Should Resign!
Shelley Midura received campaign contributions from lawyers and other consultants who get paid millions of taxpayers dollars for working on Entergy regulation issues for the city council of New Orleans, and thereby increasing the Entergy bills of District A constituents thus fullfilling backroom campaign promises

Shelley Midura advocates a Mega Wal-Mart in District A
Shelley Midura works in collusion with others(Eddie Sapir) to put a 5 star restaurant out of business by changing the license of the business in District A

14. PAFFREL Sri Lanka Chief should Resign
March 21, 2006
Mr. Kingsley Rodrigo, Chairman of People's Action for Free and Fair Elections' (PAFFREL) Sri Lanka has alleged at a press Conferance held by PAFFREL on the 15th March in Colombo that there are Muslim paramilitary groups operating in the Eastern Region of Sri Lanka and he has named 'Jihad'and 'Jamath E Islami' as two of the paramilitary groups.
He has claimed he can produce evidence to backup and confirm his claims. The Inspector General of Police has denied that there are any armed Muslim groups and the Muslims too have denied its existance. The Muslim Council of Sri Lanka has in a letter to the PAFFREL Chief challenged him to produce the evidence he has within 07 seven days.
March 19, 2006
Blair has started behaving like the Queen. He seems to think he's above politics now, and representative of some kind of mystic national destiny.
The longer he is allowed to hang around in this present situation, the weirder he's going to get. He has to go. NOW.
16. CHRIS WRIGHT OUT OF QPR NOW
We as genuine QPR fans around the world call on Chris Wright to resign as Life President of the club.
I am asking people to sign this petition demanding that senator Trent Lott resign right now. I am doing so because Trent Lott is a racist who has consistantly voted against any type of equal rights legislation. He also has connections to white supremisist groups.
18. Mugabe should resign immediately
This petition urges President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe to resign with immediate effect.
