1. Ban free pornography in th USA
11 years old, this is the average age for the first Internet exposure to pornography according the Brigham Young University.
The largest consumer group of online "adult" media is the 12-17 year old bracket.
As children across the nation continue to consumer pornographic material, the material itself steadily consumes the youth of our nation.
2. BAN THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF PORNOGRAPHY IN AUSTRALIA
Australian citizens are suffering from the harm of pornography. It ruins families, relationships and individuals.
Not only is it unavoidable for even children to see, but its impossible for anyone to get away from. It's in the supermarkets, the DVD store, the internet, movies, just about everywhere!
Pornography does not only suppress women by titles such as "virgin girl gets gang banged", but it is ruining to individuals self esteem, and is toxic within relationships which leads to tearing families and people apart. There is so much emotional trauma that women go through from the effects of pornography.
It is time the government stops turning a blind eye to the hundreds of thousands of people that suffer from this industry. The government has the power to turn this around and should do immediately.
3. Ban animal pornography and shocking footage
As you may or may not know, shocking material is all over the internet. This varies from animal pornography to serious mutilation to human beings.
Child pornography is banned on the internet, but it's ridiculous that media showing animal pornography is still allowed and exists on the internet in large amounts.
This has to stop.
4. The NFL Must Tackle Human/Sex Trafficking
Gov. Mitch Daniels signed the Human Trafficking Bill into law January 30, 2012, saying he hopes it will “put up the ‘Don’t Try It Here’ sign in Indiana” just in time for a game that Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says has a history of attracting increased activity in the commercial sex trade.
“Let’s hope that the law has a deterrent effect,” Daniels said, “and that these criminals will take their horrible business somewhere else.”
The law, which took effect immediately upon the governor affixing his signature, closes loopholes that have made it tougher for Indiana to prosecute those who have helped sell children into sexual slavery.
It also strikes a provision of state law that required prosecutors to prove that those who are accused of coercing children into sexual slavery used or threatened to use physical force to do so.
Advocates said it was the one step Indiana absolutely had to take before the game.
He know now the following statistics:
* Each year 1 million children are exploited by the commercial sex trade according to the U.S. Department of State, The Facts About Child Sex Tourism: 2005
* 100,000 to 293,000 U.S. children are in danger of becoming sexual commodities, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
* 12 is the average age of entry into pornography and prostitution in the U.S., according to The US Department of Justice Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section
* 33% of a sample group of female commercial sex workers in Chicago began in the sex trade between the ages of 12 and 15, with 56% being 16 or younger according to an investigation conducted by Schiller DuCanto& Fleck Family Law Center.
With the Super Bowl comes this crime-sex trafficking
We ask the Commissioner of The National Football League "if your part of the problem, your against the solution" ! Be part of the solution and promote awareness of this global problem that follows the Super Bowl by advertising against the insidious crime that comes to large sporting events like the Super Bowl

5. Stop the selling, renting, and distribution of all pornographic material
My goal is to submit enough petitions and information to totally obliterate the selling, renting, and distribution of all obscene material including pornographic material throughout the United States and the entire world.
The elimination of such obscene material will go a long ways in combating the evils of child pornography, child predators, child paedophiles, and human sexual trafficking throughout the entire world.
6. Outlaw All Internet Porn And Scrap .xxx Domain
Ubiquitous, explicit internet porn is a never ending spam issue on forums and in emails, it degrades women and reiterates a young man's frustration, making him more dangerous and/or disinterested in human beauty outside the sexual realm. If someone started posting pornographic pictures through your letterbox, you'd call the police, wouldn't you? Yet, internet porn companies are allowed to roam the web freely, spamming our emails and forums.
The internet is a kind of collective consciousness and so we should respect it as such. If we are going to treat it as one mind, then it should be a respectful mind, not polluted with explicit liberties. This online public sexual freedom that's been granted has noticeably made people more sexual in the real public environment, when it is not welcome.
Many of us who feel an intimate relationship is unlikely to be realised make it a priority to disassociate ourselves from sexual content so as not to intimidate ourselves, hence why many who are celibate become monks, isolated from mainstream society. It is thus immoral and unfair that those who take sexual relationships for granted be allowed to display and distribute their experiences publicly as if to say any other person "should" expect to take it for granted also.
Furthermore, portraying a false majority vote that there is a real need for limitless and ubiquitous, free, explicit internet porn is highly detrimental to an individual's ability to believe that there is a spiritual alternative to one's sexual frustration. Removing internet porn would reverse this misleading portrayal and in turn encourage spiritual growth.
Internet porn doesn't prevent rape, it encourages it. It spreads hate, jealousy, racism and all kinds of incitement. Furthermore, not only do the government themselves claim that pedophilia is on the rise as a result, but even leaving content online in order to catch a pedophile means you need to generate fresh content as bait and the idea of any content remaining online, even for that purpose, is not a healthy thought. It's an unethical waste of space.
The more and more society becomes hooked on porn, the harder we will find to tune into our spiritual veins and experience the true beauty and freedom found in love.
Many single individuals have expressed concern that they had no porn addiction or interest prior to the internet and that the recent ease of access to ubiquitous free porn has enticed their addiction.
Furthermore, since 'sex' is the most searched keyword on the web, where 25% of total search engine requests are porn-related, and 70% of those searches during the working day, then whilst ubiquitous porn is merely one click away, the more likely society will become unable to harness its inner ability to seek the spiritual, since the spiritual requires gradual kindling, whereas porn is an easy, but detrimental distraction.
Internet porn is child abuse regardless of the porn's content since it is wrong to put any sexual content within easy reach, sight or even hearing of a child. The moment a child touches his mouse, he thinks of all the other people in the world and what they do when they touch theirs. The situation is no different to having an orgy in your lounge whilst your child is forced to listen at the door. In turn the government are representing themselves to children in a sexual manner.
According to government technology advisors, it is impossible to completely censor out porn to protect children and that Internet porn is something we must learn to live with instead. Yet even if this were the case, shouldn't Internet porn then, as an industry, be made entirely illegal? Hence this petition is a call for law reform.
In our opinion we should return to the days of mail order films and top shelf magazines, making the web a porn free zone and in turn making the background to our daily lives free of pollutive thought.
We shouldn't have this huge cloud hanging over our web - it's very bad news.
7. Ban Airport Full Body Scanners for Children Under 18 As a Primary Screening Measure
My 12 year old daughter was put through an airport full body scanner without parental or adult consent. This is what has triggered my activism on this issue. There is conclusive evidence from studies done by professors at the University of California that the waves emitted from the full body scanners are concentrated solely in the skin and underlying tissue around the head and neck.
They have said that these scanners should not be used on children as they pose a risk for the development of skin cancer. In addition, these pictures are nude positive images of children not the blurred negatives that you see on the internet. The TSA has finally admitted to storing and transmitting these images. These images can be easily downloaded onto a small USB drive and downloaded onto any computer anywhere presenting the great potential for these images of children to be abused or turned into child pornography.
In 2013 these airport full body scanners will no longer be optional but will become mandatory for every person flying, including children and pregnant women. It is important that we assert our civil rights and oppose the allowance of strip searches on innocent civilians.
8. Remove the word Pornography from Australian Customs Incoming Passenger Card
The Australian Sex Party is demanding the new question that has appeared on Incoming Passenger Cards at the Customs point of entry into Australia be removed. The new question asks if they are carrying any ‘pornography’.
Sex Party President, Fiona Patten, said that this development now gave Government officials an unfettered right to examine someone’s laptop or mobile phone as they re-entered the country. A senior Customs official, Richard Janeczko, has been quoted as saying that materials “stored on electronic media devices such as laptops, thumb drives and iPhones” are on their target list.
“If you and your partner have filmed or photographed yourselves making love in an exotic destination or even taking a bath, you will have to answer ‘Yes’ to the question or you will be breaking the law”, she said. Travellers must now also declare perfectly legal materials such as Category 1 and 2 Restricted magazines, X18+ films and quite probably a large section of R18+ films which have explicit sex in them. Ms Patten said the change marked the beginning of a new era of official investigation into people’s private lives – being investigated or searched on the basis that you might have legal material in your possession.
She said that by answering YES to the new Question One on the declarations, people would then be asked whether they are declaring a weapon, illicit drugs or pornography. When they answered ‘pornography’ their materials would then be examined by one and possibly a number of Customs Officers. If people were at all embarrassed by the question, often surrounded by family and friends, they could be taken into a private room and even have their person searched.
“Is it fair that Customs officers rummage through someone’s luggage and pull out a legal men’s magazine or a lesbian journal in front of their children or their mother-in-law”, she said?
Customs’ official reasoning behind the changes states that ‘No consultation was undertaken under section 17 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 before this instrument was made as it is of a minor or machinery nature and does not substantially alter existing arrangements.’
“The term ‘pornography’ is not referred to at all in the federal Classification Act which Customs rely on to classify their material .
This petition is to ask President Obama to close down free internet porn sites.
10. Remove porn magazines from shops
Soft porn magazines such as Playboy and Penthouse and so called ‘lad’s mags’ such as Loaded and FHM have no place in our stores. These magazines are sexist, often racist and sexualise, objectify and perpetuate negative stereotypes of women.
These magazines are displayed openly in supermarkets, newsagencies and services stations, places that are difficult for women to avoid. ROAR Feminist Collective considers this to be sexual harassment of women.
The type of images in these magazines are not permitted in workplaces as they are deemed sexual harassment yet in other areas of public life no such protection seems to apply. Women are bombarded by these images daily without their consent.

12. PETITION of The Residents of the City of Rutland, VT.
Repeated pornography issues in & among the Rutland City Police Department.
Lack of leadership & morale of/in the Rutland City Police Department.
Lack of action as is required to do “on behalf of the City and betterment of the community,” by the Police Commission.
Lack of transparency within the City government & offices.
13. Stop Sex Slavery
I campaign for the freedom of women and child sex slaves who are used for pornography content.
Almost all online porn is produced from them, but despite locating many I have been unable to have the authorities move on them. (http://endmafia.com)
14. Free Elsa Newman
Elsa Newman. Please remember that name. Please google that name for information about this mother, unjustly imprisoned at Maryland Correctional Institution for women.
The exact details of the circumstances that have led to this injustice cannot be divulged here for legal reasons. But further information can be obtained from my blog located at http://elsanewmanisinnocent.blogspot.com/
If u support Miley sign this! She is not a slut.
The purpose of this petition is to get YouTube to moderate user submissions to the site. According to YouTube's Terms of Use, section 5, paragraph G, it says, in part:
"...You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable" (and will not hold YouTube responsible)
Furthermore, YouTube's Wikipedia entry has this to say:
"The uploading of videos containing pornography, nudity, defamation, harassment, commercial advertisements and material encouraging criminal conduct is prohibited."
These two statements form the basis of this petition: YouTube should be the ones looking for prohibited material, rather than trusting the users to filter the site. I am sick of discovering the presence of pornography on YouTube.com
17. Remove/Cover the pornography at the Palmach Street Videomat
The videomat machine on Palmach Street, located on the outside wall of the Mr. Zol Supermarket there, prominently displays pornographic pictures promoting the pornographic movies it rents out.
In a democratic, pluralistic society, we may have to begrudgingly tolerate the rights of those interested in renting such movies, but we do not have to be subjected to the public display of such material.
It is particularly objectionable that such material is in the easy and almost unavoidable site line of passing children who deserve protection from viewing such degrading and inappropriate pictures.
Mr. Zol should immediately force the removal of these movies from the videomat adjoining its store, or at the very least, insist that the pornographic pictures be covered so someone uninterested in viewing such material -- and in the case of our children, those deserving protection from viewing such material -- can pass by without being subjected to them against their will.
Under section 161 of the Criminal Code of Canada, it is a crime to distribute child pornography. “Any person who imports, distributes, sells or possesses, for the purpose of distribution or sale, any child pornography is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years”.
This is the law of the land. However, internet service providers such as Rogers, Bell Canada, Telus, Shaw and others distribute tens of thousands of pages of child pornography every day.
The Canadian Government ha decided that these corporations are above the law, and have given them complete immunity from prosecution.
The result is the abuse of hundreds of thousands of children and this must stop.
19. Block OnLine Porn from Minors
There is a growing problem in this country which stems from online pornographic sites. There are increased cases of children sexual attacking other children after viewing pornographic material. Children as young as 5 are being affected.
We are not asking for these sites to be removed or censored. We are asking that access to these be restricted to adults only. Far too many sites require no age verification, and display graphic images and videos on their home pages.
Society attempts to protect minors from the dangers of smoking and alchohal by limiting their access to these items. We are suggesting the same types of safeguards be put in place to protect the children from Porn.
20. Enforce all federal obscenity laws!
The stranglehold of pornography has lasted long enough!
We are a group of concerned citizens who have witnessed how pornography damages individuals, families and communities.
We affirm the goodness of the human person, the human body and the marital act. We acknowledge that we are made in the image and likeness of God. We derive our dignity, value, and inherent beauty from our loving and forgiving God.
We reject every attempt to objectify the human person for the base pleasure and profit of others. We are made for love; not born for porn.
The average age of first Internet exposure to pornography is 11 years old.
(Internet Pornography Statistics. Internet Filter Review, 2004.)
47.78 percent of families said pornography is a problem in their home
(Focus on the Family Poll, 1 October, 2003.)
82 percent of adult Americans surveyed in March 2004 said that the Federal laws against Internet obscenity should be vigorously enforced.
(Americans STILL want federal obscenity laws enforced! The Morality in Media Newsletter, June, 2004.)
The stranglehold of pornography has lasted long enough!

A hardcore pornography, sex toy, and blow-up-doll store has opened in Stafford, Virginia.
This store is called "Phermoans" and is located near Moncure Elementary School in the Doc Stone shopping complex.
Pornography misrepresents the human person.
Pornography views people as objects that can be used for personal gratification. It also degrades the beautiful sexual act.
This view has many serious consequences.
A group of concerned citizens are coming together to visibly protest, pray, and fast for purity for 40 days and nights.
The days for this Campaign for purity are May 22-June 30th.
We have comlete confidence in God that through prayer, fasting and our efforts He will destroy the harmful effects of pornography on our community.
We praise God becuase He is full of mercy and forgiveness and is waiting to heal all those who are addicted and harmed by this scourge.
If the cause of purity and Stafford continues to gain steam, your signature will be vital in our legal efforts.
Child pornography has exploded into a multi-billion dollar industry that crosses all state and local borders. Yet, Maryland is one of only five states in the U.S. that still have misdemeanor child pornography laws. Maryland’s tolerance for child sexual exploitation threatens children throughout the world.
You know, as we know, that a free and open vote by the Maryland House of Delegates on child pornography would be a landslide. The vast majority of elected officials in both parties want to make child pornography possession a FELONY.
It’s time to rein in House Judiciary Chairman Joseph Vallario! The buck stops with you, and we respectfully ask that you show compassionate leadership and send a FELONY child pornography bill to the floor of the House for a vote.
24. Illegalize and Ban Pornography in the United States of America
There is a place where there is almost no crime, happy people and a wholesome society, where families are healthy and there is peace.
Even though it's a far off ideal, it begins by ending pornography.
With much ado about health, a growing concern for social problems, crime of all kinds and the safety of the future, as well as wars of all kinds, concerned citizens all over the nation are looking for solutions and the causes in hopes of findng a cure, or at least finding some peace.
Peace of mind, health and wellness, happiness and human potential are at risk, and there is a plague worse than any we could imagine which is near if not at the heart of this, and that is pornography. Most people know someone affected by this plague, the worst killer that has ever been devised.
Nothing can more efficiently destroy a person, fizzle their mind, evaporate their future, eliminate their potential or destroy society like pornography. It is so terrible that many do not even recognize it until it is too late, and most refuse to admit it. It is worse than Hitler, worse than AIDS, cancer or any other epidemic. It is more catastrophic than nuclear holocaust, and it must be stopped.
I call on the divine within each person to stand up against this evil weapon. I challenge everyone to fight back and begin to actually do some good in this world. Remember, anyone can donate money, but it is a real man which can stand up against such an evil as pornography.
Test scores will increase, science launch, inspiration and wonderful advancements, and the quality of life will improve, but first, we must remove this ugly disease. Once we do, no one will believe the results, no one can anticipate the benefits.
Finally, to illegalize pornography in the United States is necessary step, and yet every nation in the world needs the same provisions. Let us encourage leaders and governments everywhere to adopt this undertaking.
25. Too much sex on tv and internet
March 25, 2006
I would like way less sex scenes on tv and there should not be porn sites on the net!
Women and children should not have to be in fear everytime they walk out the door. Everyday you read about someones child is missing or molested or raped and murdered.
Parental controls only block children. What about these adults that watch this on tv? What do you think is going through their mind? Then they go out and rape innocent children and women. It is not fair nor is it right.
Maybe if there was no sex for these people to watch, would as much crime be happening? Sex is way too overrated. Please lets put a end to this crazyness!
June 10, 2005
Recently, the US Govt. has issued that the 2257 U.S.C. 18 is to be changed on June 23rd, 05. The new changes that are to occur, will have a devestating impact upon adult webmasters all over the United States.
The new rules/regulations REQUIRES ALL adult webmasters to release PRIVATE & PERSONAL information about their models/content, creating a virtual playground for indentity thieves. According to the new 2257 Rules ALL of the following is REQUIRED to be given to ANYONE in the public for ANY model in sexually explicit content.
Social Security #'s
Date Of Birth
Personal Signatures
Phone Numbers
Home Address's
The New 2257 Rules/Regs will put MANY hard working/under payed adult webmasters out of business.
As the 2257 regulations become more & more ridiculous, it will also take it's toll on the U.S. economy.
I urge anyone who has fallen victom of identity theft, any adult/mainstream webmaster to carefully consider signing this petition.
Thank You,

27. Sick and Tired of Internet and Email Pornography?
Sandy, Utah, March 24, 2005 - Finally a foundation determined and dedicated to rid our homes and work places from any and all pornography websites by instituting a "do not call" list for all pornography-related websites.
With the pornography industry now reaching 12 billion dollars in the United States alonemuch more than the combined revenue of ABC, CBS and NBC put together (6.2 billion); www.PureFamily.org has said enough is enough.
"12% of all Internet websites are pornography related. 8% of all email is pornographic in nature, 20% of adult males admit to accessing pornography at work, and 17% of adult females struggle with a pornography addiction. Not only are these statistics outrageous
" says Eamon Arnett, co- founder of Pure Family, "but the average age of first exposure to this filth is 11 years old, and 90% of 8-16 year olds confessed to viewing pornography onlinemost while doing their homework"!
Pure Family is saying, why wait any longer; why not fight this fight now? The foundation's description is nothing but straight and to the point, "Strength through Purity". "This is just a start to all the good we can accomplish as we work together in our communities
we will continue to fight for our families in what ever issues face them" says John Niels Petty co-founder of Pure Family. "We choose to fight for all our familiesthey mean everything to us."
For more information on how you can help to protect and strengthen your family, please feel free to logon to www.purefamily.org.
28. Ban Pornography - Hardcore & Softcore Porn
May 2004
Over the years, this tasteless stuff has corrupted the minds of the people of the world. Especially Japanese "Hentai."
This stuff is watched by the insane and drug-addicts etc. But above all, this garbage is leaking into the lives of our children, even though as young as 8 years old. Please, help us end this horror.
29. Ban Pornographic Films Worldwide
Pornography is not only unclean and disgusting, but just all around wrong! People are being asked to perform very explicit material for the world to see, and young children are accidentally exposed to it every day. The actors participate in dangerous and potentially harmful acts, in an unacceptable manner. These exploits of the human body for entertainment must not go on any longer. PLEASE HELP PUT AN END TO PORNOGRAPHY!
30. Crimes Against Children are Crimes Against Humanity
On Tuesday 11 September 2001 a solemn appeal to universally declare crimes against children as crimes against humanity was adressed from Paris, France to the United Nations General Assembly and World Leaders in New York as a special session on children was scheduled to take place the following week. The first world leaders or organizations to answer the call were Mr Jacques Chirac, President of the French Republic, the UNESCO and the President of the European Parliament. Since then an international campaign in French and English has been following up on the Internet as new initiatives were launched to protect and promote Child Rights and fight crimes against children in the whole world. On 10th December 2002, Celebration Day for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the international campaign "Crimes Against Children are Crimes Against Humanity" shall merge with SOS-JUSTICE & CHILD RIGHTS initiative, JUSTICE FOR THE FUGITIVE MOTHERS IN EUROPE campaign, and GIFT A CHILD YOUR HEART project in order to give birth to the Rajani Foundation For Child Rights. Further on, the petition "Crimes Against Children Are Crimes Against Humanity" shall be held by the Rajani Foundation For Child Rights, a private initiative based in Paris, France.
