Vermont criminal council web site shows that we have little to no murders by firearms. That no murders where from a person what got the firearm legally.
We are one of the safest states in the union. That gun bans only hurt the law abiding persons.
2. Petition Mitt Romney: Draft Rep. Allen West for Vice President
America urgently needs a patriot like Rep. Allen West to liberate our Republic from the tyranny of Obama's corrupt socialist agenda.
BUT IF WE CAN'T HAVE ALLEN WEST FOR PRESIDENT, we must draft him for Vice President. He is the one candidate who can take on and defeat Obama's ruthless racism, complete corruption, and corrosive class warfare.
Rep. Allen West is Obama's worst nightmare, because he's one of America's great patriots.
In the last four years, Barack Obama has attempted the equivalent of 'constitutional murder' against our Republic. Rep. Allen West will fully prosecute Obama's High Crimes.
As Romney's VP selection, he'll beat Obama like a dumb drum.
And after Obama's defeat, Vice President Allen West will lead our liberated Republic to restoration, healing and to full recovery.

Allen West is a man of profoundly Judeo-Christian values. He is strongly pro-life. He is strongly pro-Israel. He correctly understands Islam and the threat it poses to America.
He is beholden to no special interest group. He would carry out the duties of his office in the best interests of America.
4. Help us preserve our Constitutional rights
Approximately 26 years ago some truly Anti-American judges in New York State began to erroneously proclaim that the 2nd Amendment Rights are not Rights, they are “privileges”.
This past June the United States Supreme Court finally spoke out (see McDonald, et al v. City of Chicago, et al, 561 U. S. __ (2010)) and reaffirmed what we already knew, that the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America is a natural right and it is certainly not a privilege and that the states (Licensing Officers, judges, etc.) cannot legally treat it, in any way shape or from, as a privilege (defined as “an advantage not enjoyed by all; a particular or peculiar benefit enjoyed by a person, company, or class beyond the common advantages of other citizens”, emphasis added, see Assistant Professor Steven Gifis’ Law Dictionary, Barron’s Educational Series, Inc., 1975).
Indeed, to consider the definition alone, obviously, the Bill of Rights would be meaningless and America would no longer be the land of the free, if public servants are allowed to act as if any of our rights are, instead, a mere privilege.
5. England To win the World Cup!

The England national football team represents England in international association football and is controlled by the Football Association, the governing body for football in England. Although most national teams worldwide represent a sovereign state, the four Home Nations which form the United Kingdom are each represented separately in international tournaments, except at the Olympics. England's home ground is Wembley Stadium in London and their head coach is Fabio Capello.
England are one of seven national teams to have won the FIFA World Cup, which they did in 1966 when they hosted the finals. They defeated West Germany 4–2 in extra time in the final. Since then their best performance at a World Cup was reaching the semifinals in 1990, where they lost to West Germany on penalties. They reached the semifinals of the UEFA European Championship in 1968 and 1996. They were the most successful of the home nations in the British Home Championship with 54 wins (including 20 shared wins) before the competition was suspended in 1984. They remain a prominent team on the global stage, rarely dropping outside of the top ten on both the FIFA and Elo rankings.
6. England fans should be able to support our country's football team openly
Well you have all heard about how were not supposed to be allowed to wear our England shirts or how we're not allowed to fly mighty England flag due to other ethic minorities not being happy about it during the world cup season.
According to the founding documents of the United States of America, our government derives its powers "from the consent of the governed." The citizens are the masters; government is the servant.
Yet most Americans now feel their government no longer represents them.
We want to reclaim the authority to rule ourselves as delineated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.
8. Commend Francis Magalona as a National Artist for Music
Francis Magalona, also known as the Master Rapper, FrancisM, Kiko, The Mouth, and the Man from Manila, is a Filipino rapper, songwriter, actor, photographer, and film director who was born on October 4, 1964 and passed away on March 6, 2009.
He is the son of Pancho Magalona and Tita Duran, who were popular film stars of the postwar period. He has appeared in numerous films and television shows like Bagets 2, Eat Bulaga, Philippine Idol (as one of the judges), Student Canteen, and That's Entertainment, and produced 15 music albums.
We, the Kurdish people of Iraq, Iran, Turkey and Syria, are a group of over 40 million people. Our culture and heritage is not fully recognized by the countries we live in, yet we continue to be a proud people and proud of our history.
Although international political boundaries do not recognize the Kurdish people or a country of Kurdistan, we would like Facebook to recognize our heritage and provide a Kurdistan option when selecting network, residence or birthplace.
10. "I Am Australian" to Replace "Advance Australia Fair" as Anthem
The official version of Australia's current national anthem, "Advance Australia Fair", is:
-Disjointed from a musical perspective.
-Embarrassing from an international political perspective.
-Absurd from an Indigenous Australian perspective.
-Dull and uninviting from an emotional perspective.
-Awkward from a lyrical perspective.
-Dated and missing verses from an historical perspective.
-Divisive from a cultural perspective.
-Girt by a sea of mediocrity from the ALP's minister and member for Rankin Craig Emerson's perspective.
-Boring from retired National's senator Sandy Macdonald's perspective.
-Worth considering a replacement for from the Liberal's member for Fisher Peter Slipper's perspective.
Adding to all this, most Australians know neither the words nor what they mean!
Numerous other patriotic songs would be worthy of replacing "Advance Australia Fair". However many of these songs lack the rhythmic emotion of a high-quality national anthem. Others contain awkward lyrics or words not known by most Australians. The song "I Still Call Australia Home" is well known (having been promoted around the world by a certain business) but it speaks about too many other countries to be Australia's national anthem. Australia's national anthem should be about Australia- not other countries!
Hence, "I Am Australian" (lyrics at end) by Bruce Woodley should be the national anthem of Australia. The following reasons amongst many others support this proposal:
1) It unites Australians.
2) It is well known to Australians.
3) Its meaning is clear and its words understandable.
4) It celebrates Australians from all walks of life.
5) It respects Indigenous Australians and other cultures.
6) The words are easy to learn.
7) It celebrates iconic Australians.
8) It is passionately patriotic yet inclusive of naturalised Australians.
9) It welcomes new Australians (already being in use at citizenship ceremonies).
10) It is already sung by many on national holidays such as Australia Day.
11) It is already sung at major sporting events as a sign of what it is to be Australian.
12) It recognises the contributions of both men and women in forging the identity of the nation.

1) Alternatively, the chorus may be sung between each verse.
2) The last verse has been slightly adjusted by capitalising certain words. As the "Rock" refers to Uluru and "This Great Land" refers to Australia it is appropriate to capitalise these words. In the cases of the other words, this may be interpreted as either a poetic personification or a connection to certain characters of the dreaming of Indigenous Australians.
3) The term "dream time" has been retained due to the respect for ancient ways shown in the first verse. Should Indigenous Elders regard it as offensive, it may be altered to "dreaming".}
11. A Petition for Immigration Law Enforcement
All a person needs to do is read the newspaper or watch the news on T.V. to realize the damage being done to our nation by the invasion of illegal aliens into this country.
This has happened while our national governing administration has not only stood by and watched, but has seemed to encourage this invasion. It has been said that there are more than twenty million ( 20,000,000 ) such illegals in our country already.
Most people agree to the scope of the task of "deporting" this many people. Well, I would suggest we can easily solve this problem, in the same manner as it came about. We can seek-out, find, and deport them all one at a time; that is how they came in, that is how they can go out. There are laws which are in place to deal with those in business who employ an illegal alien.
It is long past time for someone to step forward and say enough. It is long past time for all such like minded people to stand up and say enough.
In Australia, there exists a general ignorance about the Aboriginal resistance against colonial invasion. This ignorance is a huge contributing factor in the cultural disrespect which results in the shameful inequality of today's Australian population.

13. Support American Military Service Members and Troops
George Bush lied to the people of the United States when he said Iraq had WMD's.
He lied when he claimed Saddam Hussain had a part with Osam Bin Laden. Our troops are being murdered in Iraq by militant Muslims who will never stop their attacks on our Military heroes.
It is time to protect our Service Members from the fascist fanaticism of George W. Bush.
14. Stop NY Fed Transfer of North Korean $25 Million
The Six-Party denuclearization talks with North Korea halted earlier this year, because the US froze $25 million of accounts in Banco Delta Asia in Macau. The funds were frozen by the US Treasury Department because the funds in the accounts were believed to be obtained by counterfeiting US currency and other illicit activities.
So far, the Bank of China and Wachovia Bank have declined requests from the US State Department to transfer these funds back to North Korea.
State's newest request is for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to transfer the funds back to North Korea. Lee Bollinger is a Class C director on the board of directors.
Apart from aiding a regime that is one of the world's most egregious human rights violators, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York transfer would also be in violation of: Section 311 of the USA Patriot Act, United Nations Security Council Resolution 1718, and Sections 1956-1957 of US Criminal Code, Title 18.

17. GET RID OF THE PATRIOT ACT
The patriot act allows the goverment total control of watching what you do. This includes, the web sights you visit, your phone calls, what you do at 3 in the morning, ect. This law by law goes against 9 amendments made to the constution. Not only that it is one step closer to a dictator ship.
This law is unfair to the american people and a disgrace that it was even passed. No one has been rightfully jailed and proven a terrorist. This is a law to start a war against the American people. Do your part in this war, get rid of the Patriot Act.

The USA PATRIOT Act, passed by Congress in the wake of 9/11 terrorist attacks, grants powers to law enforcement and intelligence gathering authoriites that can and are being used to undermine and otherwise violate the US Constitution.
