In Ireland we as parents are legally not able to view our sex offenders register. We as parents have the right to protect our children.

In the last year at least under 10 pedophiles and rapists have been released into communitys all over Ireland and the residents are not informed.Why is it these animals are getting protected yet their victims are forgotten. Recently 1 rapist/ paedophile in particular was granted an injunction by the high courts to able him to hide his identity from residents.

KPS Gill was the Director General of Punjab police (now retired) in the late 80s up to 1995 who was responsible for the atrocities afflicted upon thousands of Sikhs.

Now some racist Indians/Hindu extremists are sponsoring a film about him. It is very clear that they intend to portray him as some kind ‘super cop’.
The intention is to portray Singhs and Singhneeah who fought for our rights as terrorists. It’s in a long line of films that have been made that criticise and mock Sikhs, as they say on Sikh Channel (Sky 840) there’s a media war going on out there, we have got to act and make sure we let these people know we will not stand for this kind of subverted discrimination!!
We have to act! We have written a protest letter and created posters. We need the Sangats support in mailing thousands of these letters to various organisations if 100,000 Sikhs (out of 30 million+) send 10 letters each to 10 different organisations they will have to take action! We need to send as many as we can and alert as much Sangat as we can!!!
Sikhs have suffered inhumane torture, kidnappings, abuse, rape, murder and barbaric treatment at the hands of the so called officers of the law in Punjab.

The Cougar Board is not allowing Tanner or Jared Monroe to play Cougar football in the upcoming 2008 season. The board is refusing to abide by a signed letter from the Monroe Parents.

The parents have agreed to the boards terms, they will not coach or be team mom, they will not send mass emails if boys are allowed to play, and they have already sent out a mass apology as requested by the board. However, the board refused to honor the letter.

The Cougar organization is a public youth sport program and needs to honor the right of kids to play football. Censor the parents not the kids!!!

Please help get the boys back in the Cougar program. Please stand together in unity and let the board know we will not accept children being kicked out of our program.

To all full-time ECS families:

We are all aware of the unprecedented number of full-day and 3pm school closures this year, and we have individually and collectively tried to work with the administration to revise this year's ECS calendar and increase the days of full-time care provided. Unfortunately, the solutions offered by the administration thus far have been unacceptable. Several families have come together to write a letter to the JCC Board of Directors to present at their next meeting on Tuesday, November 28th. We believe that the Board is unaware of the changes, and we are asking for their support in pursuading the ECS administraton to provide childcare during non-holiday closures. We are also hoping that the Board will help ensure that such calendar issues are avoided in the future.

Please review the attached letter and indicate your support by signing via this online petition tool. It is critical that we (full-time families) present a unified voice to the administration and to the board. We are circulating the letter to nine full-time classrooms and anticipate strong support.

We are seeking the removal of Management Alternatives as the acting property manager for Great Neck Grove Condo Association.

According to Laura's simplified contract she can be fired with or without case so long as she receives 90 days notice. The request for firing of Management Alternatives comes from many complaints within the community. Issues that are emailed to Laura rarely get a response via email, even when asking for a reply. When responses are made and several issues were asked, usually only one or two of the issues are answered.

When I asked for a physical copy of the termite contract I received a copy of the bill and was told this is all we have. I have since learned there is a master copy with Terminex. There is no physical office for obtaining paperwork and to see someone in person. Emails and letters sent to Laura rarely if ever make it to the monthly board meetings to be discused.

I personally sent an letter about light sensors over a year ago, the board had no idea because Laura never brought the letter in. To this day I still have not received an answer, and the letter was sent in with the monthly payment. The reserves are completely and utterly inadequate and well below guidelines from the 2001 reserve study. While Laura may be fairly low priced, we need a strong and able property manager to set our Condo Association back into the right direction.

Night owl TV watchers in Australia are angry at the lack of selection after midnight on all 3 commercial networks in Australia.

The Nine Network started screening a version of Channel Ten's "Up-Late Game Show" called "Quizmania".

A week later Seven started their own version "Midnight Zoo". All these shows are exactly the same.

Where's the variety? Channel 31's Fishcam and SBS's Weatherwatch are more interesting then these quiz, and I use that term lightly, shows.

This petition is the try to get the Nine and Seven Networks in Australia to listen to their viewers and act accordingly.

I write this letter to you today, hoping that somewhere, someone can offer me some help. My husband was born in The Philippine in 1963. When he was 9 months old he was adopted by two U.S. citizens. He was legally adopted, and has been here in the U.S. since 1963. He does not read, write, or speak Tagalog. When he was in his youth, he fell in with a 'bad crowd' and got into doing some things he should not have done.

He didn't know he was adopted not until he was sixteen. He regrets the mistakes he has made, and he's serving time for those mistakes, but he has paid his debt to society. I feel very deep in my heart that he has been rehabilitated and he knows the right path to take.

Now as he is reaching the end of his prison sentence he is going to be deported back to the Philippine if we can't prove he is a U.S. citizen behind he will leave a heartbroken family: three sons, five step-children that he loves as his own, uncles and aunts and cousin, as well as myself a wife that is deeply in love with her husband.

The heartbreak of him going to prison was hard enough, but now to lose him across an ocean for a period exceeding his prison sentence is absolutely devastating! I am watching the man I love, get deported back to a country, where he doesn't know anyone nor does he speak their language. If he is deported, they will be sending him to a foreign country America is all he knows. I have an 11 year old son who has Diabetes that loves him he is waiting for his daddy to come home.

I lost my mother in December of 2004 and my husband lost his adopted mother in May 2005 she was sick over my husband being deported. So many would probably be quick to say "Who cares? He broke the law, and he's getting what he deserves." But how many upstanding, law-abiding citizens have had someone close to them someone that they love, that has messed up somewhere along the way.

A son, a daughter, a brother, or a sister- who maybe broke the law, or got involved with drugs, or some other type of negative behavior? It's really easy not to care until it's someone close to you someone that YOU LOVE! Then it becomes a different story. In writing this letter, I am hoping to find an ear that will listen, and hopefully be able to help.

In addition, I hope to bring forward others who may share my pain, so that we may come together and with the strong voice of unity, perhaps we can bring forth CHANGE! Something must be done to stop what is happening, right here in our own country!

These new laws are not fair or just!! Families are being ripped apart. It is both devastating and heartbreaking. In fact, it's downright shameful. Just the mention of the INS fills me with anger and disgust. This has become a nightmare for all of us. Is their any one in office that cares about being just and keeping the families together?

Every day we are living with an unspeakable pain and fear that we will never see each other again. A happy family is on the verge of destruction, not due to natural disaster, but due to the new immigration law. The United States is a humane society that respects human rights and strong family values.

I do not believe, and cannot believe, that it will allow an inhumane thing such as forcing a wife to be separated from a husband, and the children to be separated from a father to happen. I wish you can help me so my husband can stay in the United States with me and his children.

My husband has been released from Prison October 4, 2005. He has been at the Processing Center waiting to be deported.

Shirley Matheny and Annette Beckman sent a letter off to Orrin Hatch concerning smoke-free units in the HUD housing located in Price, UT. They received a response from him dated August 16th, in which he sent a copy of the letter he'd sent to Mr. Dwight A. Peterson. Mr. Peterson is the State Coordinator for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

While researching the qualifications for running for office, I came about a letter from the International Secretary. This letter stated that Article VII, Section 8 (number of meetings) was taken to court and they went against this rule. Therefore, we demand new nominations of officers which do not deprive any member of their right guaranteed by federal law to run for Union office.

I would like to draw your attention to an extremely important situation that is occurring in America at this time. Please, read what I have to say...

On May 9, 2001 at 9:00 a.m., Dr. Steven Greer founder and director of the Disclosure Project, along with over 20 military, government, and corporate witnesses to unambiguous UFO and extraterrestrial events, held a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC. 250,000 people were waiting online for the press conference to begin.
