نامق محمودی زندانی سیاسی کرد زندان رجایی شهر کرج که در آستانه نابینایی بسر میبرد، همچنان با بی توجهی مسئولین زندان روبروست.
بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، ارگان خبری مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، نامق محمودی زندانی سیاسی ۶۲ ساله سالن ۱۲ زندان رجایی شهر کرج که مدتهاست از بیماری آبمروارید رنج میبرد و در آستانه نابینایی قرار دارد با وجودی که قرار بود روز دوشنبه برای انجام عمل جراحی در بیمارستان فارابی تهران بستری شود، با کارشکنی مسئولین از انجام مراحل درمانی خود بازمانده است.
یکی از همبندیان این زندانی سیاسی به گزارشگر هرانا گفت: "دکتر بیمارستان فارابی برای نامق محمودی سیتی اسکن تجویز نموده بود و قرار بود بعد از این کار وی مورد عمل جراحی قرار گیرد. ولی مسئولین بجای اینکه وی را جهت آزمایش سیتی اسکن به بیمارستان منتقل کنند، نامق را به بیمارستان رجایی کرج برده که فاقد دستگاه سیتی اسکن میباشد."
وی ادامه داد: "پزشکان معتقدند که آب مروارید وی در حال پیشرفت است و باید در اولین فرصت مورد عمل جراحی قرار گیرد، ولی مسئولین زندان بدلایلی هربار در کار وی تاخیر ایجاد میکنند."
نامق محمودی زندانی سیاسی ۶۲ ساله، ۱۷ فروردین ماه سال گذشته به همراه سه فرزند خود، توسط وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت و در بند اطلاعات سنندج و سپس ۲۰۹ اوین مورد بازجویی قرار گرفت و سپس به سالن ۱۲ زندان رجایی شهر کرج منتقل گردید.
لازم به یادآوریست، هر سه فرزند وی در آبان ماه گذشته آزاد شدهاند.
شایان ذکر است که آقای محمودی به اتهام "محاربه" از طریق "همکاری با یکی از احزاب کردی" در بازداشت موقت به سر میبرد.

بتاريخ 9/1/2013 تم خطف الطفلة (سيمون داود إسماعيل) والتي تدين بالديانة الأيزيدية و تبلغ من العمر أقل من إثني عشر عاما كونها من مواليد 18/7/2001من قرب دار أهلها في مجمع شيخكا في ناحية ألقوش في قضاء تلكيف في محافظة نينوى . وقد قام والدها بتبليغ الشرطة وتسجيل الشكوى بشأن خطفها لغرض إيجادها وإنقاذها من المجرمين الخاطفين وإعادتها إلى أهلها. و بعد وقوع جريمة خطفها بأيام قام الخاطفون بإبلاغ أهلها بأنها قد أسلمت وتم زواجها من أحد الأشخاص وفق الشريعة الإسلامية .
Iranian-Kurdish Prisoner on hunger strike

Ali Moradi, an Iranian-Kurdish prisoner, has sewn his lips together as part of a hunger strike he’s been on since April 4 in Bandar Abbas Prison in southern Iran, Moradi’s family reports.
Zamaneh has been informed that Moradi began his hunger strike to protest his “illegal transfer” to Bandar Abbas Prison from Minab.
The report indicates that Moradi has been transferred to solitary confinement and is in “critical condition.”
Moradi was arrested in 2004 in a Kurdish village near Marivan and sentenced to 30 years in jail and exile to Minab Prison for the charge of “enmity against God” due to his membership in a Kurdish dissident group.
The International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran has quoted a local source saying that last February, Moradi reportedly spoke to one of the national prison inspectors and reported shortcomings in the medical and hygienic facilities of the prison.
According to the Campaign report, Moradi was beaten in prison following his talk with the inspector and transferred to solitary confinement. After 15 days, in a reportedly illegal procedure, he was then exiled to Bandar Abbas Prison.
It is said that Moradi and several of his inmates have protested on numerous occasions for being held in the general section of the prison rather than in a special ward for political prisoners.

4. Retrieve Kurdistan-post Ru Facebook account from hackers 
Hejare Shamil is an editor of online newspaper www.kurdistan-post.eu. He is Kurdish writer, poet and human rights supporter. Formerly, his website was
www.kurdistan-post.ru. For this reason, he created a Facebook account named "kurdistan-post Ru" in November 2010. Since then, there are more than 2000 Facebook friends of this account.
Recently, this Facebook account has been attacked by some professional hackers (whose motivation is unknown). The hackers has changed the password,
and are currently controlling the account.
5. Prosecute Iraqi genocide charges in the International courts without delay
Our understanding was the genocide perpetrators in Iraq could be brought before an international court, so as the court verdicts could have shaped an international dimension and the offenses were approved according to the international standards.
Besides, the charges could have been implemented as emerged. Confined criminals will be a proper way to bring the big crimes to a halt.
During July 2007 the Iraqi high tribunal of crimes decided to detain and act against 423 of those accused, later on the Iraqi tribunal on August 10 2010 in a new outcome distributed arrest warrants to 258 individuals living in Kurdistan region, although some of the accused are now living in: Germany, Austria, Swiss, Holland, Briton…etc.

Aslen Gürcü kökenli olan birinin Türk barbar faşizmini; diğer halkları, inançları ve kültürleri inkar temelinde aşağılayarak savunması manidardır. The Islamic republic of Iran has for 33 years practised a constitution that ethnically discriminates against the Kurdish minorities in the country.
The govern budget is unfairly divided, leaving very little to the Kurdish areas.
The government deliberately denies development in these areas. The woods in the border areas have been burned down to remove the livelihoods of the Kurdish people.
This is a tempt to force the Kurds to be addicted and loyal towards the Islamic regime. The work conditions are hard and leaves few options for survival for the Kurdish minority. Many choose to make their own way of living by carrying goods across the border from Iraq. When the Iranian border soldiers discovers them, they immediately executes them.
The border soldiers acts in this matter as soldiers, police, justice and executioner. They act without knowing what the carriers are actually bringing on their backs, and if it in fact is illegal at all. If they are bringing something illegal, the punishment is supposed to fit the crime. The goods they transport are different types. According to Iranian law, It is illegal to import goods that is seen as a threat against the govern economy or the countries own production.
It is also forbidden to import goods that is forbidden by the Islamic law. Most of the goods are in fact neither a threat against the government, the productions in the country or illegal against the Islamic law. So in most cases these carriers are in fact killed as innocent people, not guilty of any crime.
The carriers we talk about in this text is familiar with the Iranian system and rules. Nevertheless they are still taking this inhuman risk to survive, and live a respected life as a citizen in the Islamic republic if Iran.

لە ماوەی ٣٣ ساڵاندا، کۆماری ئیسلامی ئێران، دەستوورێکی بنەڕەتی دەکار خستووە کە بەرانبەر گرووپە ئێتنیکییەکانی وڵات فەرق و جیاوازی دانراوە. بودجەی وڵات بە شێوەیەکی ناعادڵانە دابەش کردووە و کەمی بۆ ناوچە کوردییەکان تەرخان کردووە.
حکومەت بە ئانقەست پەروانەی زۆر کاری قەدەغە کردووە کە دەتوانن یارمەتی بە پەرەگرتن و بووژانەوە لە ناوچە کوردییەکان بدا. دارستانەکانی سەر سنوور بۆ لاوازکردنی ژێرخانی ئابووری و ژیانی کورد دەسووتێنن تا کورد ناچار بکەن پێویستی بە حکومەت بێ. کار و کاسبی لە ڕەوشێکی خراپ دایە و بوارێکی زۆر بۆ کورد پێک ناهێنێ. ئەوان ناچار کراون کە ڕێگەیەک بۆ وەدەستهێنانی مووچەیەک بۆ نانی ڕۆژانەیان بدۆزنەوە. زۆریان ژیانی خۆیان بە هەڵگرتن و گواستنەوەی کاڵا لە سەر سنوور بەڕێوە دەبەن. کاتێ چەکدارانی سنووری حکومەت پێیان بزانن، کۆڵبەرەکان هەر لەوێ دەکوژن.
سەربازەکانی سنوور ڕۆڵی سەرباز، پۆلیس، دەزگای قانوونی و ئیدارەی بەڕێوەبەری قانوون دەگێڕن، بە بێ ئەوە کە زانیارییان هەبێ کە کۆڵبەر چی لە سەر پشتە. گەر کۆڵبەر کاڵایەکی قاچاغی هەڵبگرێ، دەبێ سزای بە پێی ڕادەی پێشێلکردنی قانوون بێ. ئەو کاڵایانەی کە لە سنووری دەپەڕێننەوە، جۆراوجۆرن. بە پێی قانوونی ئێران هێنانی ئەو کاڵایانە بۆ نێوخۆی وڵات قاچاغە کە هەڕەشە بکاتە سەر ئابووری وڵات و هێزی چێکەری کاڵای نێوخۆیی، یان ئەو کاڵایانەی کە بە پێی قانوونی ئیسلام قەدەغەن.
زۆرینەی ئەو کاڵایانەی کە لە سنوور تێدەپەڕن، نە هەڕەشەیان خستۆتە سەر ئابووری وڵات یان هێزی کاڵاسازکەری نێوخۆیی و بە دژی قانوونی ئیسلامیش نین. ئەو کۆڵبەرانە بە بێ ئەوە کە کارێکی غەیری قانوونییان کردبێ، دەکوژرێن. ئەو کۆڵبەرانەی لەم دەقەدا ئاماژەیان پێ کراوە، مرۆڤێکن کە لەم سیستەمەدا لە دایک بوون و گەورە بوون. هەر بۆیە خۆیان باش ئاگادارن کە بە ئەنجامی ئەو کارە، چ مەترسییەکیان لە پێش دەبێ. سەرەڕای ئەوەش ئەوان بەختی خۆیان تاقی دەکەنەوە، بۆ ئەوە کە ژیانێکی بایەخداریان وەک شارومەندانی کۆماری ئیسلامی ئێران هەبێ.

به مدت 33 سال است که قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی که بین شهروندان تبعیض قائل میشود. در همین راستا بودجه مناطق مختلف ایران بر اساس همان قانون تبعیض تقسیم میشود . سهم مناطق کۆرد نشین به مراتب کمتر از دیگر مناطق میباشد و در همین راستا حکومت ایران پروانه بسیاری از مراکز اشتغال را در کردستان یا لغو کرده و یا عملاء کار در بسیاری از مراکز را برای ان مردم غیر ممکن کرده است .
مناطق کشاورزی و دامداری در مناطق کۆرد نشین از جانب دولت به اتش کشیده میشود تا به این وسیله زیر بنای اقتصادی ان مناطق نیز از بین برود و ملت کۆرد را وادر نماید تا از نظر معیشتی محتاج دولت جمهوری اسلامی باشند. عدم وجود اشتغال برای مرزنشیان مناطق کۆرد نشین انها را وادار کرده است که برای رسیدن به یک زندگی ابتدای مجبور به کولبری در مقابل دستمزدی بسیار کم در مناطق مرزی شوند و بدین وسیله امرار معاشی برای زندگی کردن خود بدست بیاورند.
زمانی که سربازان و پاسدارن حکومتی کولبرها را میبینند انها را همانجا میکشند. سربازن و پاسداران مرزی در این مناطق رول سربازن مرزی ، پلیس و دستگاه قضایی را به خود گرفتهاند سزای کولبری که در دید این سربازان و پاسداران باشد مرگ است. با وجود اینکه این کالاها عمدتا کالاهایی هستند که بر طبق قانون اساسی ایران قاجاق نیستند.
طبق قانون اساسی ایران کالاهایی که تاثیرات منفی بر کالاهای داخلی داشته باشدو یا با قوانین اسلامی مغاریرت داشته باشد باید مۆرد پیگیری قانونی قرار گیرد اما این کالاها عمدتا هیج تاثیری بر کالاهای ایرانی ندارند و مغایرتی هم با قوانین اسلامی ندارد. با این حال ان کولبرها بدونه اینکه مرتکب خطایی شده باشند از طرف سربازان و پاسداران حکومت ایران به رکبار بسته میشوند.
این کولبرها در این سیستم سیاسی زندگی میکنند و شهوروندان این جامعه میباشند به همین خاطر انها خوب میداند که با شغل کولبری جگونه زندگی خود را به مخاطره میاندازند ولی انها برای بدست اوردن معاش روزنه خود مجبور به این کار میشوند تا از این طریق مانند شهروندی در جامعه ایران امکان زندگی را داشته باشند ،

İran hükümeti gelir dağılımındada Kürtlere çok büyük haksızlıklar yaparak özellikle Kürt bölgelerine kasıtlı olarak yatırım yapmamaktadır!
Kürtleri İslam rejimine mahkum edip yönetmek için, köylülerin tek geçim kaynağı olan ormanları bilinçli olarak yakıp insanları açlığa mahkum ediyor!Hayatta kalabilmek için tek seçenekleri sınır ticareti olan İran Kürtleri,bu seferde polis ve askerlerin katliamlarına maruz kalıyorlar.Çünkü iranda sınır ticareti yapmak çok büyük suçtur ve cezası çok ağırdır eğer polis asker mermilerinden kurtulsalar bile bu kezde idamlarla sonuçlanabilecek cezalar almaktalar.

جمهورية إيران الإسلامية لمدة 33 عاما يمارس الدستور التي تميز ضد الأقليات العرقية الكردية في البلاد. الميزانية تحكم ينقسم ظلما، تاركة القليل جدا من المناطق الكردية.
وتنفي الحكومة عمدا التنمية في هذه المناطق. وقد تم حرق الغابات في المناطق الحدودية وصولا الى إزالة سبل العيش للشعب الكردي.
هذا هو يغري لإجبار الأكراد على أن يكون مدمن ولاء تجاه النظام الإسلامي. ظروف العمل صعبة ويترك خيارات قليلة للبقاء على قيد الحياة بالنسبة للأقلية الكردية. اختيار العديد من لافساح الطريق معيشتهم التي تحمل البضائع عبر الحدود من العراق. عندما يكتشف الجنود الحدود الإيرانية لهم ، انهم ينفذ فورا.
أفعال الجنود الحدود في هذه المسألة على النحو الجنود والشرطة والعدالة والجلاد. يتصرفون من دون معرفة ما هي ناقلات يصل فعليا على ظهورهم، وإذا كان في الواقع هو غير قانوني على الإطلاق. إذا كانت تجلب شيئا غير قانوني ، ومن المفترض العقوبة لتتناسب مع الجريمة. السلع التي يتم نقل أنواع مختلفة. وفقا للقانون الإيراني ، إنه من غير القانوني لاستيراد السلع التي ينظر اليها على انها تهديد لاقتصاد تحكم أو إنتاج البلدان الخاصة.
كما يحظر استيراد السلع التي يحظر عليها القانون الإسلامي. معظم السلع هي في الواقع لا. تهديدا ضد الحكومة، والإنتاج في البلد أو غير المشروعة ضد الشريعة الإسلامية حتى في معظم الحالات هذه الناقلات هي في الواقع كما قتل الناس الأبرياء، وليس مذنبا بأي جريمة.
ناقلات نتحدث عنه في هذا النص هو مألوف مع النظام الايراني والنظام. ومع ذلك فهي لا تزال مع هذا الخطر غير إنسانية من أجل البقاء ، ويعيش حياة محترمة كمواطن في الجمهورية الاسلامية ما اذا كانت ايران.
8. End killing the Kurdish carriers
“Stop killing and massacring Kurdish Porters”.
As everybody know that these kinds of news have been broadcasted by the news-broadcasts more than ten and hundred times. Islamic republic of Iran violates and savages Kurdish rights in east of Kurdistan; Kurdish citizens there do not have right of explanation and do not have right to work freely as the other citizens do in Iran, and they use brutality to kill and eradicate feeling of Kurdish people. They show no mercy toward the Kurds in murdering them; particularly they point their guns towards the Kurdish businessmen and carriers or porters on the borders, they attack them mercilessly and roughly. This regime pours bullets on the Kurdish people’s head instead of hospitality.
Hundreds of men in order to supply food for their families, children and relatives have been killed by their bloody hands. They wanted to intimidate and frighten other places by killing husbands, wives, brothers and sisters of poor citizens in Iran. Many families have been orphaned by their cruel and disgust conducts.
Only during a couple of weeks, five persons have been murdered by the Iranian forces hardly; they kill people for no reason but to keep their places and sovereignty appetite. There is no role there. Those people that have been killed were totally innocent, coz if they judged by the court fairly they would not be punished to spend their lives even in the penitentiaries.
Unfortunately people of Kurdistan have only two ways to provide and guarantee a better life for themselves and their families, either they must go to the Persian and Turkish’s inhabitant areas to do hard and tough works in the bakeries with a little money which is insufficient to provide their lives or they resort to porterage on the borders to carry and convey goods from one place to another. They know that paralysis and death will wait them and they know that they are in danger; they know that they are at stake but they do it in order to live their lives as a human.
Another way to continue their lives is some people resort to spy on p[p0each other in another word some of them will be hired by the government to spy on the others. But this kind of job is very hard to be accepted by the conscious people or by those who have spirit of philanthropy.
The issue of porterage springs from having bad and barren economy in Kurdish inhabitance area, especially those who live on the borders. Poverty and starving have made the heads of the families to risk everything like ambush, attacking them by the Iranian forces, and implanted mines or natural events in order to obtain a better life for their families. Economic situation in part of Kurdistan is not good, because the regime wants to keep economy of Kurdistan at the back.

بە داخەوە خەڵکی کوردستان بۆ دابین کردنی ژیانێکی باشتر بۆ خۆیان و بنەماڵەکانیان تەنیا دوو رێگەیان یان لە بەردەم دا ماوەتەوە: یان دهبێ روو بکهنه شاره فارس و تورک نشینهکان و به حەقدەستێکی کەم لە بەرامبەر کاری تاقەت پروکێنی کورەخانە و... پشت بچەمێننەوە یان لهسهر سنورهکان کۆڵبەری بکەن و مهترسی کوژران و نەقوستان بوون بە گیان بکڕن. ههڵبهت رێگای سێههمیش ههیه و ئهویش خۆ فرۆشی و جاشایهتیە که وهک دیاره ئهو کاره به خهڵکی به شهرهف ناکرێ.

همانگونه که مطلعيد و دهها و صدها بار در رسانههای مختلف به سمع و نظر جهانيان رسيده است، جمهوری اسلامی ايران به شيوهای سيستماتيک و در ادامهی سياست فشار و کشتار بيرحمانهی هموطنان کرد در شرق کردستان ، پيوسته کاسبکاران و کولبرانی را که بر سر مرزها برای تهیە لقمهای نان رنج می برند را آماج سلاحهای خود کرده و تا کنون صدها نفر از اين زحمتکشان را در راه کسب معيشت خانواده و فرزندانشان کشته شده و صدها خانوادهی فقير و کم درآمد در این راە به سوگ پدران، برادران یا همسرانشان نشستهاند. تمام تلاش رژيم بر اين بوده است که از اين راه فضای رعب و وحشت را بر این مناطق حکمفرما کند. تنها در دو هفتهی اخير ۵ انسان زحمتکش و بی دفاع، با قساوت هرچه تمامتر هدف گلوله نيروهای رژيم اسلامی ايران قرار گرفتهاند که حتی بر طبق قوانين خود جمهوری اسلامی هم اگر در دادگاهها محاکمه ميشدند جرمی بیشتر از يک سال حبس بر آنها تحميل نمی شد.
پديدهی کولبری در واقع نتيجهی وضعيت نامساعد اقتصادی کوردستان و مخصوصا خانوادههای مقیم شهرها و روستاهای مرزی است کە فقر و گرسنگی روز افزون سرپرستان خانوادهها را ناچار ميکند تا جهت تامين معيشت و زندگی بهتر خانوادە خطرات کار کولبری مانند خطرات مينها، شلیک مستقیم نيروهای رژيم ايران یا رو بە رو شدان با خطرات طبيعی کوهستانهای صعب العبور را به جان بخرند. در واقع اين پديده نتيجهی سياستهای نابجا و اشتباه رژیم، نگە داشتن جامعە کوردستان در فقر اقتصادی و ديد سياسی - امنيتی حکام جمهوری اسلامی ايران بە کوردستان است که اکنون بيش از ۳۰ سال کە بر مردم اين مناطق حکمفرما شده است.
متاسفانه مردم کردستان در طول اين سالها و اکنون نيز برای تامين زندگی و معيشت خانوادههای خود دو راه بیشتر ندارند: يا بايد به شهرهای غير کوردنشين روی آورده و با دست مزد قليل بە کارهای طاقت فرسايی چون کورههای آجر پزی و غيره بپردازند و يا بر سر مرزها به کولبری و کارهای مشابه بپردازند و خطر کشته شدن و نقص عضو و معلولیت و.. را به جان بخرند. البتە راه سومی هم هست و آن هم خيانت به ملت و خود فروشی به سيستم و جاسوسی و مزدوری کردن برای رژيم ايران هست این کار از انسانهای با شرافت بر نميايد.
9. Repeal Harsh Sentence For Kurdish Iranian Cleric Mamosta Sedigh Hasani
Mamosta Sedigh Hasani has been sentenced to 14 years in prison by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court in Saghez, Kurdistan Province.
In an interview with Mukrian News Agency, Khalil Bahramian, Mamosta Sedigh Hasani’s attorney, reported the news of the verdict and stated, “Mamosta Hasani was arrested a while ago in Saghez and has been sentenced by this city’s Revolutionary Court to 14 years in prison on charges of collaborating with the opposition parties and concealing a weapon.”
Khalil Bahramian added, “As the attorney handling this case, I have objected to the court’s ruling, and the case has been referred to the Kurdistan’s Appeals Court. In the briefing submitted to the appeals court, I have stated that facts of this case together with legal reasoning don’t support the verdict. The truth is that Mamosta Sedigh Hasani was easily deceived by another individual whose party affiliations were not known by my client. This person placed a gun with two rounds of clips in my client’s barn in the village where Mamosta Sedigh Hasani lives. This weapon has neither been fired nor are any bullets missing from either clip.”
At the end, Khalil Bahramian mentioned, “The second reason for the appeal is that my client has no connections or party affiliations with the opposition groups. He is merely a farmer and a cleric. Perhaps the only charge against him could be the concealment of a weapon. For this crime, the punishment is light and doesn’t exceed one year in prison.”
Mamosta Sedigh Hasani is currently being held in Saghez’s central prison.
10. Stop the killing of Kurdish Soldiers in Syria
During the last 6 years more than 37 Kurdish soldiers have been killed in the Syrian barracks by torture and shot in the head. We appeal to you that you come against these inhuman actions.
11. Habibollah Golparipour (حبیب الله گلپری پور)
Your Excellency, Honorable Ban Ki Moon,
The Iranian regime is continuing its unjust and unprecedented crime against Kurdish political Activists and ready to yet commit another crime!! After recent execution of Farzad Kamangar, Shirin Alem Holy, Ali Heidarian , Farhad Vekili, Mehdi Islamian , the regime now punished Habibollah Golparipour with death sentence and determined to take her life away.
I am writing to you today because I am extremely concerned about the current situation of Mr Habibollah Golparipour (حبیب الله گلپری پور), a 27 years old Kurdish political prisoner who was sentenced to death on November 26, 2009.
Habibollah Golparipour, a native of Sanandaj, was sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court in the Kurdish city of Mahabad. Golparipour, who had been accused of propaganda activities and membership in an anti-regime group, was tried on Moharebeh charges. The court cited articles 186 & 190 of the Islamic Penal law for its decision.
During a recent meeting, the case judge threatened Golparipour, telling him that his death sentence would be carried out if he did not end his hunger strike.
In response to the judge’s threats, the Kurdish activist said, “I know that I will be executed soon; therefore, I will end my life myself in order to shame you, even after my death.”
Golparipour, who has been on hunger strike since May 12, is reportedly in a critical condition. His lawyer, Ehsan Mojtavi, has objected Golparipour’s death sentence verdict but has yet to receive a response to his appeal.
We are asking you to please do not remain silent during these critical days as the Islamic regime will not hesitate taking this young activist’s life!

12. BBC should apologise to the non-Persian communities in Iran
On Sunday 21 February BBC Persian Television, on the occasion of “The International Mother Language Day” dedicated “Nobat-e Shoma”, its most popular programme to the current state of non-official (vernacular) languages in Iran and Afghanistan.
The BBC presenter as well as its official website chose to use the term “Local” instead of vernacular or non-official languages thus announcing the programme: “How Is the State Of Local Languages in Your Country?”
We are confident that the management of the BBC would not wish to be party to this injustice. We therefore feel that we are justified to ask them to issue a public statement to acknowledge their error and perhaps to apologies to the non-Persian communities in Iran.
In April of 2008 a petition, by a group of 53 self-declared intellectuals, was generated in support of imposing Sorani as the medium in the education system while banning Kurmanji (Kurdish dialect from Bahdinan). In support of the idea, the former Minister of Education, Dr. Dilshad Abdulrahman, attempted to implement this policy by banning Kurmanji from the education system.
To carry on the plan and impose Sorani as the only official language, a conference was held in late December of 2009 by the Kurdistan Language Academy, in Hewler, headed by Dr. Shafiq Qazaz.
14. Start a School of Public Health in Kurdistan
Kurdistan is in urgent need for public health professionals. We need the medical education system to focus more on primary and secondary health care.
The health care system in Kurdistan is paying more attention to expensive and less rewarding elements of care.

Following the presidential elections of June 2009 and ensuing peaceful protests from Iranians challenging the results, the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran is engaged in the systematic suppression of all forms of dissent. From street beatings to torture, rape, disappearance, to formal executions - the Iranian regime has violated even its own laws. In two cases the appeal court has converted the sentences from imprisonment to Execution by hanging.
Iran is party to a number of United Nations Treaties, all of which acknowledge the right to life of every human being. We believe that Iran should be pressured to uphold the international human rights standards to which it has acceded.
Today more than 60 political prisoners are in the DEATH ROW awaiting the final act. The news that we have received recently indicate that Zeinab Jalalian, a Kurdish freedom fighter of 27, might be executed at any moment.
Concerning our sister Zeinab Jalalian we urge you to join our effort to achieve following targets:
1- The Death Sentence of Zeynab Jalalian should be immediately cancelled.
2- Her family and lawyer should get access to her.
3- An independent medical committee from international Human Rights organizations to examine physical and mental conditions of our sister, and to apply treatments.

بعد از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری و در پی اعتراضات به نتایج آن رژیم جمهوری اسلامی به سرکوب سازمان یافته و منظم هر صدای مخالف و دهراندیش دست یازیده. از سرکوب تظاهرات خیابانی گرفته تا شکنجه، تجاوز، نا پدید شدن، تا اعدام، رژیم ایران حتی قوانین خودش را زیر پا گذاشته. در دو مورد دادگاه تجدید نظر احکام حبس را به اعدام تبدیل نموده.
ایران عضو سازمان ملل است و امضاکننده بسیاری از بیانیه ها است که همگی آنها حق حیات را برای هر کس به رسمیت میشناسند. ما باور داریم که با افزایش فشار باید رژیم ایران را به احترام به تعهداتش در باره به حقوق بشر وا داشت.
امروز بیش از شصت زندانی سیاسی در راهرو مرگ در انتظار روز اعدام خود هستند. اخباری که اخیرن در بارهٔ زینب جلالیان دریافت کرده ایم حاکی از اینند که این مبارز آزادیخواه بیست و هفت سالهٔ کرد هر لحظه در خطر اعدام قرار دارد.
با نگرانی از سرنوشت خواهرمان زینب جلالیان ما مصرن از شما دعوت میکنیم تا به نبرد ما برای کسب اهداف زیر در مورد بپیوندید:
یک) لغو فوری حکم اعدام زینب جلالیان
دو) دسترسی فوری وکیل و خانوادهٔ زینب به وی
سه) دسترسی یک کمیتهٔ پزشكی از طرف سازمانهای بین المللی حقوق بشر برای بررسی سلامت جسمی و روحی خواهرمان

A la suite des élections présidentielles de Juin 2009 et les protestations contre les résultats officiels qui ont suivies, le gouvernement de la République Islamique est engagé dans la suppression systématique de toute sorte de dissidence. Des charges violentes dans la rue à la torture, viole, disparition, à l’exécution formelle, le régime islamique a violé même ses propres lois. Dans deux cas la Cours d’Appel a converti des peines d’emprisonnement en exécution par pendaison.
Iran est partie prenante d’un nombre de traits des Nations Unis qui reconnaissent le droit à la vie de tout être humain. Nous pensons que l’Iran doit être mis sous pression afin de soutenir le standard international des droits de l’homme auquel il a accédé.
Aujourd’hui il y a plus de 60 prisonniers politiques dans le COULOIR de la MORT. Les nouvelles récentes propose de notre sœur Zeinab Jalalian indiquent que cette militante kurde de 27 ans risque d’être pendue à tout moment.
Inquiets du sort de Zeinab nous vous demandons de nous joindre pour obtenir objectifs suivants :
1) L’annulation immédiate de la peine de mort de Zeinab Jalalian
2) Accès immédiat de la famille et l’avocat de Zeinab à elle
3) L’accès d’une commission médicale des organisations internationales des Droits de l’Homme à Zeinab pour examiner sa santé sur le plan physique et morale et de la soigner.

16. Save Bahman (shirko) Maarefi from Execution
Excellency Ban Ki Moon,
The Iranian regime is ready to yet commit another crime!! After recent execution of Ehsan, they are now determined to take Shirkoo’s life away.
Bahman Moaarefi known as Shirko, a 30 year old Kurd activist from Banneh (a city of Kurdistan province) has been recognized as Mohareb (god’s enemy) by the Iranian judicial system! He has been charged with propaganda against the regime and fight against the god which in the Islamic regime of Iran is a crime punishable by death.
He was arrested on November 1st, 2007 and has been in detention at Saghez’s intelligence office. Currently he is prohibited from having visitors in detention.
In preparation for his execution, Shirko Moaarefi was transferred to solitary confinement at Saghez central prison. He is one of the Kurd civil activist who was arrested in Saghez last year and was sentenced to death after being interrogated and severely tortured.
He may be taken for execution unannounced, as his lawyer Khalil Bahramian has confirmed the news of Shirko’s transfer to solitary confinement. Based on the unannounced and expeditious execution of Ehsan Fatahyan, the regime might take the same position and execute Shirko in 1-2 days.
We are asking you to please do not remain silent during these critical days as the Islamic regime will not hesitate taking this young activist’s life!

August 19, 2009 is the 30th anniversary of Khomeini’s declaration of Jihad and also the launching of an enormous military attack on the people of Kurdistan in Iran. To protest the brutal policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI), residences of Kurdistan have been invited to launch a day of public strike by several leftist parties and groups. In support of this initiative, we, the undersigned individuals, call on all lovers of freedom to support the people’s struggles in Kurdistan on this historic day.
We, the Kurdish people of Iraq, Iran, Turkey and Syria, are a group of over 40 million people. Our culture and heritage is not fully recognized by the countries we live in, yet we continue to be a proud people and proud of our history.
Although international political boundaries do not recognize the Kurdish people or a country of Kurdistan, we would like Facebook to recognize our heritage and provide a Kurdistan option when selecting network, residence or birthplace.
20. Stop Turkish Military Aggression against Iraqi Kurdistan
A petition expressing our strong opposition to the United States' policy - as advanced by the U.S. State Department - that supports the Turkish government's unchecked use of military force against Iraqi Kurdistan under the pretext of fighting the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
This is a clear violation of Iraq's integrity and national sovereignty that is resulting in the calculated destruction of Kurdish civilian villages, bridges and other infrastructure; the displacement of thousands of innocent Kurds; and the destruction of numerous livestock. It also is a blow that threatens the democratic and economic progress that the region has worked so hard to establish following years of devastation and deprivation under Saddam Hussein's genocidal rule.
We demand that the State Department insist that Turkey immediately halt its political and military aggression against Iraq and Iraqi Kurdistan and, additionally, that the State Department advocate a policy the demands recognition and respect for Iraqi's integrity and national sovereignty.
