Some energy drinks that are available for sale in Canada are Guru®, Jolt Cola®, SoBe's Arush® etc. These drinks claim to increase one's energy, performance and concentration.

However, these drinks were introduced in Canada in July, 2004 with a lack of information, misinformation and with information being omitted from the labeling of these 'energy drinks'. This is evidently an important issue particularly because of the potential negative health effects that can result from the misuse of this type of beverage.

These drinks can have serious health effects that have gone unnoticed and unaddressed by Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

Because of the improper labeling and regulation of these drinks, consumers are not given a fair chance to make informed decision to consume these drinks. As such we are petitioning to have the regulation of these drinks in Canada as well as their labeling be revised.

This petition was created by a group of students who desire to see a change in the curriculum here at Caldwell. Ideally, the changes we would like to see involve modifying the core to include a required Gender/Diversity Studies class which would enable and challenge students to bring more diverse ideas, thoughts, suggestions, information, etc. to their other classes.

This class would hopefully take the approach of the Sc/WS316 [Scholars program/Women's Studies] class in that it would examine key issues in the lives of women, men, people of diverse backgrounds, etc.; promote an in-depth examination of the "flow" of information; explore different methods of analyzing and disseminating that information in a useful, productive, innovative manner.

This process begins with giving the Women's Studies program the full-fledged status of department.

Dec. 24th 2002 Lacy Peterson disappeared and her husband Scott Peterson seemed to become the main focus of MPD investigation. Scott became a suspect in her disappearance and as other leads were out there to be followed the MPD ignored them and hammered Scott Peterson for days harrassing him and eventually after his wife and unborn son washed up from the bay, they arrested Scott because he was fishing the same day she disappeared.

This whole investigation has been a farce and unfair, the Detective in this case lied and deleted information out of his reports that could have cleared Scotts name, also several people who saw Lacy the morning of the 24th who came forward were ignored and or were not able to testify because the MPD didnt follow procedure and made their testimony unaddmissable in court.

Also after arresting him he went to trial and thru the duration of this trial, the judge had removed 3 jurors from the panel and when Defense asked for a mistrial it was denied, and when a juror was found exchanging information with a bartender,nothing was done to re-hear this case and or cause a mistrial.

This whole trial has been media based and was never fair to the defendant. All evidence was circumstantial and this man recieved the death penalty.this is injustice and we will work until his verdict is overturned or all charges dismissed for lack of evidence and lack of integrity on the MPD.

The Football Association are searching through football club fan sites and threatening legal action against those sites displaying league fixtures without having previously paid a prohibitive license fee to the FA for the privilege of doing posting their 'property'.

Many smaller fan sites are run by private individuals with the interest of their club at heart, and not any personal private gain, unlike the FA or individual clubs. As such, such a demand for the privilege of posting such information that can be found anywhere on the worldwide web, or in the paper media, restricts the right of the individual to attempt to present a 'professional'-looking web site.

Therefore, we, the undersigned, protest at the money-grabbing antics by the FA, and urge them to consider allowing bona fide fan sites to publish league fixtures without cost to the webmaster.

Dear Neopets,

It has always been a known fact that people try to scam/crack people out of their passwords. But now it seems like too big of a problem. The idea of adding the security code estinguished the cracking option that hackers did have. But it seems that other people have the whitts to outsmart people out of their password, & neopet glitches occur, what we are proposing will also greatly lessen the option of this.

We, the people of neopets propose that; The Neopets Team would put a lock on the profile page also placing the link of the self freeze site only inside the profile page, which would mean that any information cannot be changed without a proper code designated at signup and something that only an email could retrive w/ a special retrive password page. And, without knowing the 2nd password to access the profile page.

The, "hackers/scammers", cannot see the e-mail in the account to e-mail hack their account. Only the person/owner of the account will know what it was they signed up with. This would stop hackers from password changing (locking out the actual owner from saving their account & any prefrences edited without the knowledge of the owner. Also, from freezing the account they are hacking. This would sae you all alot of headaches, time and begging E-mails when hackers attack.

The 2nd password page, to gain access to the profile site, mentioned earlier would require a question that the owner of the account creates (to help make it easy for them to remember, but not hackers to know. On opening an account they would section from a dropdown a list of personal questions, easy for the owner to know, hard for a hacker. i.e-
Who was my best friend since 1st grade?
Let's just say the answer is ashley so when you go to retrieve any settings you would have to type to that answer (ashley) to be able to access the profile page. This protects hackers from seeing our birthday and e-mail etc.. so, they cant try to E-mail the account saying its theres with our private information.. later on after hacking us..

In addition, that When you make this option, neopets has a e-mail sent to everyone with current active accounts for an activation of our 2nd password for our profile page. The activation have Question Options to chose from like 6 different ones. - i.e. What is your mothers birth State. Then you type in your answer -ex. Idaho.. Then, submit to active - Now this answer is the only way you can getinto the profile. Hackers will never be able to see your profile only you. ON this page there be a resend 2nn profile password. When it shows the next page - this page ask two questions - what is your birthday and your zipcode. Then and only then if you answer right (as noone see's your birthday - its in your profile -) it will only then send to your e-mail. Protecting all of neopia and stopping hackers and even scammers.

In conclusion, Neopets we write you this because we want the hacking to stop. Neopets is just a game to most but to some of us its a different life where all of our friends are. If you took in effect, it would immensly increase the complication to hack our accounts. If they did get in, we are still able to stop them!

Dear (UK) TNA Wrestling Fans,

As you will all know, one of the leading wrestling companys/industrys named TNA, have recently begun booking a new show in the name of TNA Impact. This show is a new kind of entertainment that only TNA can bring unlike other federations like the WWE and other pro and semi-pro federations.

This petition is to try and get a response from UK TNA fans that would enjoy having TNA Impact aired on regional television rather than satellite or sky, which is not available for some people.
Channels like C4 and C5 would benefit from the weekly TNA Impact shows, greatly in my opinion and hopefully many of the people that will sign this petition will think the same.

I am sure that if we presented these two networks with the information and signatures that we will gather, they would happily review the idea of airing TNA Impact shows.

I think that certain hacking organizations should be legal. Take Legends of Chaos for example. They hack a lot, but they hack porn sites and get information from countries the U.S. is at war at. I think that as long as you're a member of one of these groups, you should be allowed to hack, as long as you're only going to do it to illegal websites. That's all.

Did you know that (as of 6/98) BLM "official" figures show that there are only about 42,000 wild horses and burros (approximately 35,000 horses & 7,000 burros) left on public lands (in 10 western states - confined by law to Herd Management Allotments or "HMA's")? However, HorseAid places this figure much lower (see our "BLM Report Card", below for more information).

The Wild Free-Roaming Horse and Burro Act of 1971 (the "Wild Horse Annie Act") declared that wild free-roaming horses and burros are living symbols of the historic and pioneer spirit of the West (in essence, an American "heritage"), and require protection under U.S. Federal law ("Congress finds and declares that wild free-roaming horses and burros are living symbols of the historic and pioneer spirit of the West; that they contribute to the diversity of lifeforms within the nation and enrich the lives of the American people." -- December 15, 1971 Congressional Declaration). Yet, there are currently less wild horses and burros on public lands in the Western states (their traditional ancestral range) than there were in 1971, when the Act was passed (approximately 172,000 horses and burros have been "adopted" since the adoption program was initiated).

The Bureau of Land Management is responsible for the protection of these animals, and yet, sadly and tragically, it may be this same agency which is responsible for their "fast disappearing from the American West". By revising policy at will, and circumventing the law when it suits them, some individuals within the Bureau of Land Management are bringing about the total destruction of this great American heritage largely in the interest of, and for, personal gain or to save the "integrity" of the agency itself Criminal investigations by several Bureau of Land Management law enforcement agents that would have exposed illegal activity in the Wild Horse and Burro Program, have been obstructed by numerous BLM managers and employees. If something is not done, and done soon -- we stand a very good chance of forever losing this "living symbol of the historic and pioneer spirit of the West".

A reporter chased the perennial allegations of BLM malfeasance by tracing paper trails, something animal advocates have not done on any comparable scale. "Using freeze-brand numbers and computer records," "the AP traced more than 57 former BLM horses sold to slaughterhouses since September. Eighty percent were less than 10 years old and 25% were less than five years old." "The AP matched computer records of horse adoptions with a computerized list of federal employees and found that more than 200 current BLM employees have adopted more than 600 wild horses and burros." Mendoza got some eye-popping quotes, too. "Asked about the AP's findings," she wrote, It is conceded that about 90% of the horses rounded up go to slaughter."

"Using the BLM's computerized records maintained in Denver and obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, the AP found that 32,774 of all adopted horses and burros--20%--remain untitled. Legally, they are still federal property." The 57 wild horses sold to slaughter in approximately four months was not a greater number than go to slaughter from many individual riding stables, racetracks, and ranches. That 90% of the BLM horses eventually go to slaughter, would just reflect the fate of most horses from any source who go to auction. "While it is common for old or lame horses to go to slaughter," "nearly all former BLM horses sent to slaughter are young and healthy."

Yet dozens of horse rescue groups from coast to coast stay busy buying and adopting out other young, healthy horses they find at slaughter auctions. The fact is, horse overpopulation seems to be as much a reality as pet overpopulation, and although many people are willing to adopt a horse for a while, most quickly find themselves unable to keep up with the ongoing costs and demand on time. Wild horses, precisely because they are wild, require particular effort to turn into good riding steeds. Since federal budget cuts killed most of the prison-based projects that formerly either "gentled" or "broke" wild horses to saddle, the horses available for adoption have been more problematic, less suitable for the average rider. They can't compete with abundant ready-to-ride horses from domestic oversupply, even at the BLM adoption price of $125, 11% of the average cost to the government of rounding up, vaccinating, freezebranding, and adopting out a wild horse.

Adopters "can get lame or old horses for as little as $25, or even for free," , referring to the fee-waiver program the BLM uses to rid itself of horses nobody wants. "After holding the horses for a year, the adopters are free to sell them for slaughter, typically receiving $700 per animal. The government spends $1,100. The adopter can make $575 or more."

In other news...Nine young mares that survived the barren deserts of the West died of stress induced by their capture and a 1,000-mile truck ride to Colorado.

The horses died of "capture myopathy,'' a condition in wild animals triggered by anxiety of capture, according to test results released Tuesday by the Bureau of Land Management.

Forty mares and 10 studs were loaded into a truck Feb. 17 (1998) at the BLM's center in Palomino Valley north of here for the 24-hour trip to a similar facility south of Denver.

Nine horses arrived showing signs of distress. None survived.

Handling of the animals is a topic being addressed by a new advisory board looking into issues surrounding the estimated 44,000 wild horses and burros that roam free across 11 Western states.

"The advisory board will be looking into ways to minimize stress, whether on the range, during gathers or as they move through the adopt-a-horse program,'' said Robin Lohnes, a board member and the executive director of the American Horse Protection Association in Washington, D.C.

The 26-year-old adoption program was intended by Congress to reduce the number of animals competing with ranchers' cattle for scant forage on federal lands. Horses are rounded up into corrals and put up for adoption.

The establishment of the advisory panel followed reports last year by The Associated Press that thousands of animals adopted through a federal program were sold for slaughter with BLM employees among those who profited.

The AP also reported that the BLM lost track of about 32,000 adopted animals and that agency officials gave false information to Congress.

People need to be aware and more responsible for the heritage that is being killed. Our goverments need to make an amendment to protect not just the wild horses, but all of our horses, before it is too late. Horses are always going to be here, if we take care of them. Besides, who can not smile when they see horses grazing peacfully in a rolling green pasture? If we don't do something now, that sight will only be a fading memory.

A resolution, passed by the city of Ada, MN has imposed an unfair and unneeded assessment against most of the property owners of the city, for street maintance, totaling $860,000.00.

The most recent tragedy that I have found happened January of 2003. Four boys drown when the rowboat that they were in sunk in frigid 33-degree waters of the Long Island Sound, just off the coast of New York City. The boys'; 12-second 911 call came through at 9:58 p.m. on Friday and begins: "We're on the Long Island Sound in a boat off the coast of the City, We're gonna die." The dispatcher entered the boys' call into a log and alerted her supervisor, but did not have enough specific information to enter the report into the police departments system, and did not notify the Harbor unit of what little information they had. The nearest boat or helicopter could have arrived in about 20 minutes. Department Officials said the boys might have died by then, but a U.S. Coast Guard official, Petty Officer Michelle Krupa, said the teens could have survived at least 30 minutes, and perhaps as long as two hours. Nearly a week after the boys' frantic call, the Coast Guard on Thursday called off the search because it was unlikely the teens would still be alive. The NYPD was continuing the search.
New York City's 911- system doesn't include technology that will allow dispatchers to pin point the origin of cell phone calls, as is the case for most cities. This technology is known as Emergency 911 Phase II, and would allow 911 operators to trace the location of an emergency call from a cell phone. Phase II coupled with improvements to state and county 911 Call Centers, is not required by Federal Regulators until 2005, but is available already in some parts of the country. Phase II can only work when local authorities, traditional phone companies, cell phone companies, and Federal regulators synchronize their efforts to produce a cohesive network.
With this conclusion I urge each and every one of you to sign my petition and have Emergency 911 Phase II made mandatory. By signing this petition, we the public can speak out for the lives that have been lost. Without us they have no voice. The FCC needs to put an end to the fighting. There is no reason people should die senselessly when the technology is already there. Money should not be an issue when a life is concerned.

Some of the successes of the Civil Rights Movement during the 1960's and 70's included the implementation of programs that sought to address the marginalization of communities of color caused by our nations racist history. For example, affirmative action programs in college admissions and public contracting essentially involved the issue of access and were designed to counter the massive discrimination found in colleges and the workplace. But unfortunately, since the 1990's there have been successful attempts to eliminate many programs that are meant to help communities of color in specific and society as a whole. And now, with the possible passage of the Information Ban/Racial Privacy Initiative, our ability to detect continuing disparities due to current and past discrimination practices is threatened. Ultimately, the Information Ban/Racial Privacy Initiative will prevent state and local governments from collecting data "by race, ethnicity, color, or national origin in the operation of public education, public contracting or public employment."

In 1995, the Regents of the University of California, pioneered by Ward Connerly, passed Standing Policies 1 and 2—which banned the University of California from considering race, ethnicity, and gender in admissions, hiring and contracting. Not satisfied there, Ward Connerly then became one of the main proponents of California's Proposition 209 in 1996 which abolished all affirmative action programs in the State of California. The controversial initiative (Prop 209), which passed by a slim margin, has had devastating effects on our society.

Since the abolishment of race conscious programs in California, a series of disturbing phenomena have emerged. Our institutions of higher education, for example, are resegregating. In fact, according to a Harvard study, Black and Latina/o students are in many instances more segregated today than they were in the 1960's! Critical problems like resegregation can be detected due to the legal collection of racial data. Now imagine the effects of banning the collection of such information. The consequences can be devastating.

Furthermore, the Information Ban/Racial Privacy Initiative will greatly affect the health field. It is common knowledge among individuals in the health sciences that health related data based on race is necessary in order to adequately address the varying health related necessities of specific racial groups. For example, without racial information in the health sciences, we would not know that Vietnamese women have the highest invasive cervical cancer incidence rates of all women and that Latina women rank second highest (Coalition for an Informed California, 2002).

Don`t let BET cancel Ed Gordon's Show, "Lead Story" and "Teen Summit". I believe that these shows provides a public interest and information on what`s going on in the african american community. BET was the only station that I would be able to turn to and accurately receive information on what`s going on in the world without a certain sugar coat on the subject.Now, if these shows are gone, What will they replace it with?? Stroke And Disability Information (Hunter) Inc., known as S.A.D.I., originally commenced in 1988 as an advocacy and information service to strokees and their families and was then called Stroke Recovery Hunter Outreach Centre. Acceptance of a government grant required that we drop the Stroke Recovery from our name and include all disabilities. The funding allows us to employ one full-time Coordinator and one part-time Clerical Assistant. The Management Committee is a body of volunteers and we have 2 - 3 volunteers who work in the office as well as a small number of volunteers who work in the community organising localised Stroke Recovery Clubs. Our aim is to provide help and support to ALL people with disabilities, their carers and families, especially strokees. We currently have a clientele of 2000 individuals. Funding is in the order of $55,000/year. Our funding body, Department of Ageing, Disability & Home Care in conjunction with Home and Community Care, is now planning to withdraw funding.

On August 21, 2001 we were informed that Nestor Rodríguez Lobaina, president of the organization Young Cubans for Democracy, had been savagely beaten in the Guantanamo prison were he is serving a six year prison term for his activities as political dissident. During the beating he suffered a fractured jaw and contusions through out his body. He was transferred to the provincial hospital in Guantanamo. Arriving at the hospital he received another beating despite his head being sealed in plaster and leaving him immobilized. A guard named Manuel hopped on top of him and beat him. He was then placed in a punishment cell without lighting or air-conditioning, nor had he been fed for the previous day.

Amnesty International Urgent Action 169/99 Prisoner of conscience

CUBA Nestor Rodriguez Lobaina

Political activist Nestor Rodriguez Lobaina was arbitrarily arrested on 11 July 1999, and his whereabouts are now unknown. Amnesty International considers him a prisoner of conscience, detained solely for exercising his right to freedom of expression. Under harsh new legislation aimed at silencing dissent, he could face a long prison sentence.

Nestor Rodriguez Lobaina, who is president of the Movimiento de Jovenes Cubanos por la Democracia (MJCD), Cuban Youth Movement for Democracy, was arrested at the MJCD coordinator's home in Santiago de Cuba. It is believed he was arrested because he had begun a hunger strike in solidarity with a group of dissidents in Havana known as the Ayunantes de Tamarindo 34, Tamarindo 34 Hunger-strikers, who began a 40-day hunger strike on 7 June to demand the release of all political prisoners and respect for human rights in Cuba.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION Nestor Rodriguez Lobaina has been arrested several times. He was last detained for several days in February and March 1999. He was detained from 7-15 December 1998 after making a personal protest at the Cuban government's refusal to let him leave the country to attend a conference in Paris marking the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (see UA 307/98, AMR 25/28/98, 9 December 1998, and follow-up, AMR 25/29/98, 18 December 1998). He had previously been arrested in April 1997 and sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment for "disrespect", and "resisting authority", after criticising the Fourteenth Youth and Student Festival.

He was also arrested on 6 June 1996, reportedly in connection with the MJCD's peaceful attempts to organize a movement for university reform in the capital. He was sentenced to 12 months' "restricted liberty", as well as five years of "destierro", internal exile or confinement, in his home town of Baracoa, Guantanamo province.

On 16 February 1999 Cuba's National Assembly passed tough new legislation aimed at combatting political dissent, called the "Ley de Proteccion de la Independencia Nacional y la Economia de Cuba", "Law for the Protection of the National Independence and Economy of Cuba". Under this new law, dissidents and journalists deemed to be working against the Cuban state reportedly face up to 20 years' imprisonment. The law calls for seven to 15 years' imprisonment for passing information to the United States that could be used to bolster anti-Cuban measures such as the US economic blockade of the island, rising to 20 years if the information is acquired surreptitiously. The legislation also bans the ownership, distribution or reproduction of "subversive materials" from the US government, and proposes jail terms of up to five years for collaborating with radio and TV stations and publications deemed to be assisting US policy.

GLOBAL ACTION AGAINST BULLFIGHTS IN PORTUGAL

After the legalisation of death bullfights in Portugal (which were forbidden since 1928), the Portuguese animal rights organisation ANIMAL called for an international action of protest, not only against death bullfights in Portugal, but also to demand the end of all sorts of bullfighting in this country.

On the 29th August, when the first bulls will be legally tortured and killed in a bullfight in Portugal, since 1928, demonstrations will be held in front of Portuguese Embassies and Consulates all over the world. In co-operation with several animal rights and animal protection organisations and groups from several countries, ANIMAL has already assured simultaneous demonstrations to be held on that day (besides, of course, in Lisbon), in: Madrid (Spain), Paris (France), Brussels (Belgium), Berlin (Germany), La Hague (Netherlands), London (England), Rome and Milan (Italy), Athens (Greece), New York City and Washington, D.C. (USA), Tel Aviv (Israel), and Budapest (Hungary). And as the hours and days go by, more and more countries are joining in what will probably be one of the greatest global protests for animal rights.

All these demonstrations will occur simultaneously throughout the world, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Greenwich Time).

In front of Portuguese diplomatic representations, activists from all countries will display posters and banners reading, "The World says NO to the barbaric killing of bulls in Portugal!", among others. This slogan will of course be extensive to all the countries in the world where bullfights still happen.

According to a recent survey carried out by the most reliable and the most renowned Portuguese survey company together with one of the main Portuguese daily newspapers, 83.1% of the Portuguese people are against death-bullfights and 74.5% don't like any type of bullfights (DN/Marktest survey, 25/7/2002).

"If the President of Portugal, the Portuguese Government and the Portuguese Members of Parliament choose to ignore the opinion of the great majority of the Portuguese people and choose to ignore the animal rights organisations, both firmly opposed to all sorts of bullfights, it is time for the world to know that Portugal is a living hell, not only for the bulls but for all animals in general", says Miguel Moutinho, from ANIMAL, who is coordinating this international action. "The Portuguese politicians only fear international shame and economic damage. So that is exactly what they are going to face from now onwards, starting with this worldwide protest. A student attending Burrell High School, in Lower Burrell, PA, is required to attend and pass four semesters of "Swimming" for graduation. The class is designed to teach students several swimming techniques, strokes, and styles, as well as touch on survival information. The class presents this information well, but most students either already have this knowledge, or do not wish to learn to swim; as they would have taken it upon themselves to do it. Furthermore, the same material is presented over and over-again in each class, taken once per-year, and the final exam required to pass is nothing more than swimming lengths for an entire class, 24 for seniors. It is my personal opinion that this class should become an elective, and not a requirement for graduation; or at minimum, lower the requirement down to a single semester.

To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to draw your attention to an extremely important situation that is occurring in America at this time. Please, read what I have to say...

On May 9, 2001 at 9:00 a.m., Dr. Steven Greer founder and director of the Disclosure Project, along with over 20 military, government, and corporate witnesses to unambiguous UFO and extraterrestrial events, held a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC. 250,000 people were waiting online for the press conference to begin. Because of this, the first hour of the conference was "electronically jammed".

It is obvious to me that people all around the world are extremely interested in this topic. I do believe that the testimony these witnesses are prepared to make, given Congressional support, will greatly improve our quality of life, the environment, and much more. I must ask you, with the abundance of interest in this organization, when will you report on the issue? Make no mistake, the American people are listening and do demand more information.

I would like to begin by telling you more about Dr. Steven Greer and the Disclosure Project. However, I must start with the most pressing issue currently taking place. Lara Johnstone from California is a very courageous woman that is taking steps in helping to bring about the disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence on and around Earth. She wrote a letter to President Bush on July 26, 2001. After this letter, on July 28, 2001 she began a hunger strike "to death if need be" in order to stress her support and demand of the following:

1)Open, comprehensive, secrecy-free hearings to take miliartary/agency witness testimony on events and evidence relating to an Extraterrestrial presence on and around Earth.

2)To hold open hearings on advanced energy and propulsion systems, relating to extraterrestrial phenomena that, when publicly released, will provide solutions to global environmental challenges.

Lara Johnstone is not the first to write this letter and she is far from the last. Thousands upon thousands of letters have poured into Congressmen, Senators, and President Bush's office since May 9th.

She is, however, the first to take such dramatic stances to the issue. However, many people argue that she is doing what they too would do, if they were half as courageous. Since May 9, 2001 the Disclosure Project, over 20 witnesses, and Dr. Steven Greer have been traveling from city to city across the United States to ask their fellow Americans to send letters to their local representatives, Congressmen, and President George W. Bush. You can view the letters at:

I had a son who was diagnosed with multiple birth defects and who spent the first 10 months of his life in the hospital. The doctors gave me little information, and in terms that I didn't understand and they didn't refer my family to a support group or other knowledge bank. I felt alone and helpless. Most people who have been diagnosed with medical problems or people with family members who have been diagnosed with medical problems encountered the same problem that I did-- lack of information, no referrals for a support group, no one to turn to who could answer your questions. How many of you didn't find a support group until years later, if at all? How many of us stayed up until 3 a.m. searching the internet for information? How much difference would it have made in your child's care and outcome if you had that information and support? How much difference would it have made to your sanity if you knew that you weren't the only one going through all that you or your family member's medical problems has put you and your family?

The Mainstream Media are controlled by a handfull of VERY powerful people who often lie, distort the truth and leave out vital bits of information so that the wealthiest most powerful people in the world can persuade ordinary working people to do things that are only in the interests of the wealthy. The media should have a licensing system and if they are caught lying or leaving out important information they should lose that license. There should also be strict limits on Foreign Ownership of media operating in any country.
